Petty cash management / cash requests
Book keeping
Posting data into Sage and/or quick books ;Mpesa, cash and petty cash transactions.
Maintains functional contact with the CEO
Filing relevant financial documents in a timely manner.
Overseeing general smooth running of the office by ensuring enough supply of stationery and office supplies.
Stock taking of office supplies and stationery.
Inventory/Asset management
Preparing and making monthly statutory payments Reconciliation of finance accounts
Carrying out administrative roles as assigned by CEO
Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
CPA Part 2 or equivalent
Demonstrated experience in Sage and Quickbooks
3 years minimum experience in accounting
26 yrs and above.
