Job Purpose Statement
The job is expected to ensure that credit control procedures are adhered to, and collection of overdue debts is managed efficiently. The job holder is expected to work with the CFO and the Credit Control Manager where he will be guided by the credit policy; market trends and practices.
The position ensures NCBA Insurance Company collects all the cash due to it on time to improve cash flow.
Ideal Job Specifications
Academic:
University degree, preferably in Finance.
Professional:
A Finance Degree Graduate
Professional qualification – CPA (K) 3 or ACCA level 2 and above.
Proficiency in use of MS Office
Show progress towards Membership to the Institute of Credit Management.
Must have intermediate to Advance Excel skills,
Desired Work Experience:
2-3 years’ relevant experience in credit control. Preferably in a General Insurance set up.
Experience in Finance, including reconciliations.
Auditing experience is an added advantage
