Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor to address their business challenges using SaaS solutions.
Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to align offerings with market needs and ensure seamless onboarding and support.
Stay informed about tech, SaaS, and agri-food industry trends to tailor solutions to evolving client needs.
Achieve or exceed sales targets, monitor KPIs, and report progress and opportunities regularly.
What you need to succeed
5+ years in enterprise / SMB sales, preferably in SaaS or tech sales for the agri-food, agriculture, or market intelligence sectors.
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, solution-selling methodologies, and account management.
Familiarity with the global agri-food market, including trends, supply chains, and operational challenges is nice to have but not essential.
Ability to understand and communicate the value of SaaS platforms and data-driven solutions.
Fluent speaker of Swahili with an advanced level of written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
