About the Job
Reporting to the General Manager, the Account Executive is responsible for client service and acquisition. He/she serves as a link between the company and the clients to ensure their needs and goals are successfully met on every project. Through their interaction with existing clients, the AE supports in managing their affairs and ensures they also secure repeat and new business.
Everyday Tasks
Support the General Manager in the day to day client activities.
Assist in preparation and presentation of client reports.
Ensure quality standards are met in delivering clients’ projects.
Respond to client questions and ensure problems are timely resolved
Work closely with all departments to devise campaigns that meet the clients’ brief and budget
Checking and reporting on the campaign’s progress as well as keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign
Managing the account’s budget and invoicing the client
Any other relevant assignment that may be assigned
More About You
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing /Communications /Business option or equivalent
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
Good understanding of industry practices
Customer service and relationship management
Good analytical skills
Excellent project management skills
Good interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent presentation skills
