As an account executive, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and selling to potential clients our products and services. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to generate and convert  leads, as well as build relationships with prospects.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential clients in Canada/US/Europe using various sales tools and techniques.
Qualify leads by understanding their recruitment and HR needs, and interest in our services.
Initiate contact with prospects through various channels such as email, phone, and social media.
Schedule appointments and demos with qualified prospects for our sales team.
Make an average of 70 – 75 calls per day.
Keep accurate records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with our sales team to develop and refine sales strategies and messaging.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
