Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
Perform reconciliations of accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial records.
Monitor and manage company budgets and forecasts.
Prepare and file statutory returns (VAT, PAYE, NHIF, NSSF).
Assist with internal and external audits.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Assist in payroll preparation and management.
Requirements:
Education: CPA Part 2 or higher.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing or milling industry
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or other ERP systems).
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
