1x Marketing Officer

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include

Writing and proofreading marketing materials, liaising with designers and printers, organizing media events where needed
Create and manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters as may be the case. Assist in aspects of vehicle, uniform and promotional items branding
Collate all necessary materials, activities and information regarding Company events or news into regional newsletters/magazines in liaison with HR and line managers.
Write clear and concise business-to-business operational communications and business-to-business marketing communications, including for the Regional Management
Maintaining inventory of and arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials, including sales staff sales presenters & equipment
Maintaining a one-stop and comprehensive catalogue and/or price list of all ranges of Company products and services for use by teams in marketing and sales initiatives. This will also involve helping sales and service teams prepare sales and promotional presentations to clients
Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations as may be needed in marketing and market research campaigns
Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
Assist with Customer Voice Counts (customer surveys) data collection projects, analysis as may needed
Reviewing and advising on advertising opportunities and placing approved adverts in the press, internet, websites, if the Company seeks to pursue these options
Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, trade shows and exhibitions including sourcing and securing sponsorship as may be needed
Conducting required consumer market research that may entail using customer questionnaires and focus groups
Contributing to, and developing marketing plans and strategies in line with the annual sales and marketing objectives
Managing allocated marketing budgets under the direction of Sales and Marketing Manager
Evaluating marketing campaigns’ effectiveness including their successes and opportunities. Provision of detailed analysis, tracking and monitoring of various aspects of marketing and innovation activities.
Monitoring competitor activity and generating periodical summaries for review by Management
Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to the existing customers.
Develop and manage content for various mediums to support enquiry generation, sales enablement, internal lead generation, innovation and brand leadership, and prepare related reports.
Develop strategies in order to drive the above through our channels including inbound marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, trade publications, industry news, social selling and advertising.
Work with the Technical, Sales, Operational and Finance teams in order to launch successful innovations into the business.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations and more) to execute marketing plans.
Maintaining reports on conversion ratio of inquiries and proposing actions that would lead to improved conversion
Be the brand champion, ensuring consistent use and maximization of the RI corporate brand. Ensure compliance with brand specifications in all forms of communications
Handle any public relations and marketing queries, and ensure they are answered promptly and accurately.
Work as part of the Sales Team, with involvement in all team activities as required including supporting sales team by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information
Any other task as may be assigned from time to time
