    Summary of Role:  
    This role provides a range of administrative support services to promote efficient delivery of services for the functional area staff.     Key Responsibilities:
    Provide Administrative support to Global Operations teams: 

    Scheduling Activities: Manages and maintains schedules. Plans and coordinates special events such weekly/monthly departmental and company-wide meetings; Arranges international for Global Operations special events, trainings, retreats, etc. and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas, booking transportation, and arranging lodging and meeting accommodations for all functional area staff.

    Communications: Communicates with appropriate units within GSO, Presidents Offices and GSO related to the Global Operations’ activities, trainings, announcements, etc. Communicates with the Pathfinder Communication team for any announcements pertaining to the Global Operations annual trainings, etc.
    On-boarding Coordination: Processes new hires for the functional area, coordinates and participates in new hire orientation, and completes payroll documentation processing for new hires.
    Project Management and Participation: Leads, manages, or participates on cross-functional project teams.
    TEAMS administration: manages Global Operations TEAMS channel, Global Operations Management Team’s TEAM channel.
    Ishare and other systems administration: Manages IShare page set up, development, design, updates, and improvements in consultation with the IT subject matter expert and Global Operations Teams. Assists with update and maintenance of other functional area systems.

    Global Operations Division support & special projects:

    Assist during the annual work planning process.
    Assist with the annual mandatory training rollout process.
    Assist with special projects as needed.

    Required Education and Work Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree in administration or related field, or a combination of education and work experience that yields the required competencies.

    Summary of Role:

    Key Responsibilities:

    Acts as key broker between academic research teams and policy influencing communications, helping to translate and make accessible complex research outputs into engaging, policy influencing communication tactics.
    Works with Country Directors and Project Leads to develop solutions and strategies for improving the reach of research outputs through activity implementation and activity evaluation.
    In consultation with the Country Directors and Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) team, identify, develop, and facilitate processes to generate, capture and apply the team’s learning to ongoing programing and for future stabilization programing.  

    Thought Leader & Senior Team Member:

    Manages the delivery of a thought leadership and content pipeline/planner, identifying timely external hooks and moments, and work with the Project Communications teams to produce content for these (including publications, blog content, video, and other multimedia content, and pitching and placement of external content with external editorial and media sites).
    Represents the President internally and externally, acting as a liaison with key executives, staff, country offices, and external stakeholders.
    Serves as a project manager and implementer for strategy within the President’s office, ensuring alignment with Pathfinder’s overarching strategy.
    Serves as a part of the senior leadership team alongside other Division Leaders.

    External Engagement:

    Key Responsibilities:
    Life cycle recruitment for proposal positions: 

    Assessing Hiring Needs. Review and assess each proposal opportunity to identify and develop specific recruitment action steps to ensure that all donor and organizational staffing requirements are successfully completed for each funding opportunity within established deadlines. Develops and executes recruiting strategies for each job profile. 
    Job Postings. Develop and implement electronic requisitions for open positions, posts position openings to Pathfinder employment webpage as well as external websites. Ensures postings are current and up to date.
    Candidate Sourcing. Employs a variety of standard and specialized sourcing techniques to identify a high quality, diverse candidate pool in an efficient, cost-effective manner (i.e. online investigating, database and ATS searches, cold calling, user groups, referrals, networking, and the like.).
    Proactively builds Pathfinder’s talent pipeline by identifying, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for open positions. 
    Interviewing and Selecting Candidates. Assists proposal teams in evaluating applicant qualifications and selecting the most qualified candidates. Performs detailed reference checking on selected candidates and reviews results with hiring managers. Initiates and ensures background check, drug testing, and any immigration processing requirements are satisfactorily completed when necessary. 
    Advertising Management. Manages advertising in various media (print, internet, social media). Research appropriate advertising venues, analyzes advertising sources for cost effectiveness and makes recommendations on where to spend advertising dollars.
    Interview Coordination. Coaches interview team members on developing job- specific behavioral and competency-based interview questions as well as interviewing and candidate assessment techniques. Organizes, leads, and documents post-interview debrief with interview teams. 
    Selecting Candidates. Works with HR Managers and Hiring Managers to develop and extend offers of employment to selected candidates within the guidelines of Pathfinder’s compensation. Negotiates proposal candidate salaries and establishes benefits within budget constraints. 

    Recruiting Strategy Implementation and Documentation:

    Develops recruiting strategies for each position. Follows recruiting process and tracks job candidates using Pathfinder’s applicant tracking system.
    Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on all applicant flow, sourcing practices, and other recruiting activities to minimize exposure to liability and ensure a thorough and positive audit if required.
    Ensures that all staffing documentation submitted with proposals complies with donor specifications Conduct necessary reference and background checks on proposed candidates. 

    Candidate Relationship Management:

    Serves as a point of contact for key personnel after proposal submission and until a funding decision has been determined by the donor.  Keeps a pipeline of candidates for future positions and proposals.

    Required Education and Work Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business/Industrial Psychology, Communications, or related field; or a combination of education and work experience that yields the required competencies. 
    7 years related experience, including experience in global recruiting. 
    Experience providing recruitment support for US government RFAs/RFPs or other professional services proposals.

As the Technical Advisor for Climate Change and Health in the African Region, you will play a pivotal role in supporting country teams to develop and implement impactful Climate Change and Health programs and projects. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise, strategic guidance, and leadership in the nexus between health and climate change. You will nurture relationships and work closely with Climate Change entities, government ministries, intergovernmental bodies, the African Union, and other regional development bodies such as EAC, SADC, ECOWAS, and international climate donors (including the Green Climate Fund and US Government, among others) to promote sustainable initiatives that address the challenges posed by climate change on public health and promote integration of SRHR and wellbeing of communities in climate change programs and projects.     Programming Design and Implementation:

    Supports country teams and partners in the design, development, and implementation of innovative, effective, country appropriate programming for climate change and health resilience.
    As needed, participates in regional and support country-level advocacy efforts of Pathfinder for improving family planning, adolescent and youth, maternal and child health indicators in the context of climate change programming

    Technical Assistance:

    Provides technical assistance to country offices, national governments, local partners, and other agencies to assess needs and develop Climate and Health Resilience standards and guidance, and/or provide services that are responsive to the needs of intended populations.

    Technical Support for Proposals:

    Provides technical support on the development of proposals, including including participation in strategizing for technical approach, proposal writing and proposal review.
    Works with country teams to integrate Resilience activities in new proposals. Develop compelling project proposals and concept notes to secure funding for Climate and Health initiatives.

    Quality Assurance:

    Works with the technical team to ensure that best practices for services and service integration are well documented, evaluated and poised for scale up.

    Required Education and Work Experience:

    Master’s degree in public health, social science, climate and environment or related discipline
    Minimum 5 years’ experience in working in international development, preferably in implementing programs in one or more countries seeking to empower women, adolescents and children and improve equitable access to quality health services.

    Technical publication development: 

    In partnership with relevant content owners, develops, writes, edits, coordinates, and disseminates technical publications, including technical briefs, learning briefs, case studies, and peer-reviewed journal articles. These documents aim to share programmatic experiences and evidence, formulate implementation lessons and recommendations, support business development, and position Pathfinder as a thought leader in SRHR.
    Works closely with the team to support the dissemination of technical publications.

    Proposal writing:

    Collaborates with the Business Development and Country teams to develop and write sound technical responses to donor requests for proposals/applications.
    Develops, writes, and edits Pathfinder proposals, demonstrating Pathfinder voice and style and technical familiarity with Pathfinder strategies and approaches.

    Contributes to other proposal-related needs, including editing and writing capability statements and biographical statements for personnel.

    Technical Visibility:

    Work with project teams and country leadership to review project achievements and learnings and identify opportunities for technical visibility.
    Develop positioning strategies, plans, and materials for Pathfinder engagement in major conferences.
    Collaborate with the business development team and country team to identify priority countries for technical briefs that support Pathfinder’s business pursuit initiatives.

    Required Education and Work Experience:

    Master’s degree in public health, epidemiology, statistics, social sciences or a related field, or a combination of education and experience that yields the required competencies.
    10 years’ experience as a writer/editor, with record of writing successful USAID, private foundation, and other donor-funded proposals/applications.

    Summary of Role:  
    This position plays a critical role in the diversification of Pathfinder’s funding by developing and executing direct marketing strategies for sustainable growth across several Pathfinder donor categories with a focus on email marketing. Ensuring that Pathfinder maintains – and grows – a robust base of individual support will better position the organization to meet its mission.
    This role will partner with Individual Giving and Communications colleagues to analyze, test and deploy strategies that connect with and market to Pathfinder’s constituent audience and align external fundraising messaging to support organizational communication priorities. This role will manage our EveryAction digital communication and fundraising platform to ensure effective data collection and create a positive donor experience. The role will also develop content for individual donor communications.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Fundraising: 

    Identify opportunities for workplace giving for Pathfinder’s donors.
    Project management and fiscal year strategic planning for Pathfinder’s Direct Marketing program and management of communications calendar for all email and text communications.

    Key Responsibilities

    Program Management:
