    Qualifications

    MUST have experience selling logbook loans
    Strong customer service mindset
    Demonstrated sales experience
    Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
    Experience in training and coaching sales teams
    Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include an understanding of micro-credit lending principles, familiarity with Kenyan financial regulations, and fluency in local languages.

    Logbook Loans Sales Agents (Commissions + Retainer)

    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role for a Logbook Loans Sales Agent, with some flexibility to work remotely on a retainer plus commission basis. As a Sales Agent, you’ll be responsible for contacting potential clients and persuading them to take up loans in the form of logbook loans. You will work as a team to drive the company’s sales and achieve its growth objectives.

    Qualifications

    Prior experience in sales or customer service positions.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
    Ability to manage a sales cycle from start to finish, conducting needs analysis, and negotiating and closing deals.
    Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus but not mandatory.
