    Job Description

    Responsible for high quality customer care service
    Manage Savvy Cliental
    Executing and developing Telesales strategies in liaison of operations manager and Commercial manager
    Coordinate the process of Dispatch to riders to various clients with the support from the team
    Ensure Update rides overview
    Ensure the Standard Operating procedure are followed to the latter
    Develop, update, maintain and fulfill loyalty contacts for each individual customer account.
    Keep the customer informed on the entire Customer Journey and processes associated with it (onboarding process, billing process, support process).
    Follow up on all existing contacts renewal, and ensure bundle renewals are made in time
    Managing and updating the Regular contacts list
    Liaising with Finance, and relevant teams of delivery notes updates
    Following through on all escalated issues to ensure resolution within SLA and communicate to customers once queries have been resolved.
    Any other duties assigned to you by your supervisor

    Qualifications

    Proven work experience as an account manager, key account manager, junior account manager or other relevant experience
    Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
    Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
    Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
    Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
    Excellent listening, and presentation skills
    Excellent verbal and written communications skills

    Grants Writer

    This position will provide high level grant and budget management for the Savvy Riders. S/he is responsible for fund development activities for the Company. These activities include grant writing, supporting project development;
    Specifically, s/he is responsible for writing proposals in conjunction with Operations Manager.
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Support the Company to develop, roll out and maintain program tracking tools to ensure all sector indicators report monthly progress, and identify and share gaps with other managers.
    Monitor grant-specific spending by budget holder
    Conducting the full range of activities required to prepare, submit, and manage grant proposals to foundation and corporate sources based on programme development plans.
    Perform prospect research with operations manager on foundations and corporations to evaluate prospects for corporate and foundation grants.
    Work with Operations Manager to gather information necessary to report to corporate/foundation funders on current grant programmes.
    Support grant reporting as required by foundation/corporate investors.
    Understanding of organizational structure, functions and needs.
    Understanding of Company’s history and projects.
    Track statistics relevant to development and provide department with written materials necessary for investor stewardship.
    Assist with other fundraising projects as requested.

    Knowledge and Experience

    Knowledge of the grant application process for major multilateral and bilateral investors (mandatory)
    Strong written communication skills; ability to write clear, structured, articulate, and persuasive proposals (mandatory).
    Strong editing skills & attention to detail.
    Knowledge of fundraising techniques and strategies (mandatory).
    Knowledge and familiarity with research techniques for fundraising prospect research (mandatory).
    Knowledge of fundraising information sources (e.g. grants database).
    Ability to meet deadlines.

    Responsibilities

    Taking good care of the motorcycle assigned; keeping it clean; and ensuring that tyre pressure, fuel, oil, water and all other fluids are topped-up at all time
    Maintaining a work etiquette
    Reporting any defects, accidents or breakdowns
    Checking that the motorcycle’s Insurance Cover is up to date
    Making sure that the service and maintenance schedule is adhered to;
    Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.
    Receive messages to be delivered and information on recipients such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, and delivery instructions communicated via telephone or in person.
    Plan and follow the most efficient routes for dropping off passengers and delivering goods.
    Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the management

    Qualifications

    Certificate of KCSE.
    Must have a valid Driving/Riding License
