    Key Responsibilities:

    As the QHSE Assistant, you will support the implementation and monitoring of the company’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental programs.

    Requirements:
    Education:

    Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related field.

    Experience:

    1-2 years of experience in a QHSE role or similar position within the facilities management or related industry.

    Knowledge:

    Familiarity with QHSE standards and regulations, including ISO 45001, 22000 ,14000 and environmental regulations.
    Understanding of risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation processes.

    Skills:

    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):
    NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent health and safety certification.
    Internal auditor training for ISO 45001 or ISO 9001 would be an advantage.

    Proficiency with accounting and office software

    Support the HR Manager in rolling out of HR projects and initiatives for the country
    Effectively preside in disciplinary, grievance and performance hearing matters
    Maintain accurate disciplinary processes and records with effective calendar / diary entries

    Provide guidance and training to Supervisors on Industrial Relations related processes
