    Reporting to the Reporting to Lead – Fixed Delivery, the role holder will be responsible for ensuring stability and reliability for the fixed network.     Key Responsibilities

    To be a single point of contact for Safaricom fibre infrastructure faults and ensuring restorations are done to the original build specification.
    Provide proper incident management to ensure lower MTTR through temporary restoration to bring up service within SLA and timely closure on permanent restoration.

    Reporting to network engineering team on all anomalies affecting general performance and revenues for rectification. 
    Platform Integrity; identify and report misalignment of customer profile in key systems that store customer data and have potential of revenue loss or negatively impact customer experience.  

    Qualifications 

    A graduate with a degree in Engineering or IT with at least 3 years’ experience in a telecommunication firm.  
    Ability to analyze significant amounts of data and information and be able to monitor and explain trends.  
    Strong business acumen and analytical skills. 
    Developed interpersonal and communication skills.   
    High level experience and skills working with stakeholders.   
    Result and detail oriented.
