    Job Overview: 
    Data Specialist will design and manage the controls and end to end process for all master data requirements in Integra including products, vendors, purchase agreements, employees, and partners. This role has responsibility of ensuring that master data controls are crafted in such a way as to facilitate efficient data migration and high volumes of vendor set-up requests from all IRC locations, while ensuring that only vendors who have met IRC’s detailed requirements and standards are setup in Integra to allow financial transactions.
    The Master Data Management team supports 65 Legal Entities with Data needs within Microsoft D365 which requires a detailed understanding of Master Data concepts including the data management lifecycle and the technical functionality of D365.
    Major Responsibilities 

    As a central point of contact for Master Data, the Analyst will be playing a meaningful role by being in direct contact with multiple legal entities addressing regular requests, answer questions, resolve data issues and provide analysis.
    Perform master data additions, changes and deletions in accordance with standard procedures.
    Accountable to ensure due diligence has been conducted, required documentation and all other crucial controls are satisfied in relation to vendor data edits, additions, and deletion to mitigate risk of non-compliance, fraud, collusion, and corruption.
    Ensure requests for master data maintenance are accurately authorized and approved
    Maintains accurate and up to date price file management in accordance with current contracts.
    Conducts quality control activities and recommends and/or implements additions/changes to Master Data procedures.
    Review key performance indicators to ensure data accuracy and data management policies are working.
    Function as the main point of contact for the day-to-day execution of MDM related tasks and guide users on master data processes and business rules.
    Responsible for ensuring that Purchase Order Contracts meets all requirements prior to issuing to vendors
    Responsible for the creation and maintenance of Master Data related to Vendors and products to ensure that data is accurate and of high quality in the system.
    Monitor Vendors Global address for duplicates and resolve the errors to keep high standard of data integrity.
    Responsible for increased data consistency, both for operational and analytical uses
    Recommend improvements to the processes, procedures, tools, rules, and metrics to ensure data integrity of master data domains.

    Job Requirements: 

    Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Science, Technology or Mathematics (STEM) or a Business-related Field from a recognized university
    1 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in an international Humanitarian organization with strong process and systems understanding

    Demonstrated Skills and Competencies: 

    Proficiency in English, French or Arabic
    Ability to identify fraud red flags during the procurement process.

    Scope of Work
    It Is Expected That The Consultant Will

    Undertake a comprehensive audit of the current culture and submit a status report of the existing culture.

    Impart and engage the IRC Kenya leadership and people managers with the skills required to manage and effectively lead the culture change.

    Key Responsibilities
    Case Management

Training topics should include active listening and effective communication, action, and safety planning, GBV guiding principles, GBV basic concepts, and other related topics.

    Key Result Areas

    MUST have in-depth knowledge on GBV and in emergency settings.
    Experience working directly with refugees who are survivors of GBV and can demonstrate understanding of a survivor-centered approach.
    MUST have experience with operationalizing GBV principles, knowledge of international humanitarian standards for GBV prevention and response.
    Must have experience working with GBVIMS (Gender Based Violence Information Management System)
    Must be willing to work in a hardship zone /environment.

    Required Qualification & Competencies

    Understanding of computer applications, including MS Word and Excel.
    Fluency in English, including writing clear and concise reports.
    Counseling and experience/ working with women and girls in the direct provision of counseling and psychosocial support to survivors with a reputable organization or local women organizations/groups, including experience counseling survivors of abuse or violence.

    Job Overview

They will provide business development and program design support on Technical Unit-led or strategic proposals with a focus on public and institutional donors and cultivate strategic partnerships. As is strategically important, they may flex to support significant single-country or regional bids as well. Overall, the Program Development & Partnerships Lead should be responsible for setting the BD strategy, assembling inputs to create compelling bids, gap filling in the BD process as needed/relevant, and driving ultimate bid success through correct donor intel and positioning, strong bid submission, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

    Major Responsibilities
    Strategy and Capture

    Develop and drive a global funding strategy for VPRU in collaboration with Global Practice Leads and Regional Leads.
    Adapt, strengthen, and roll out new and existing tools and processes, such as the Business Development Manual, for the VPRU to pre-position and respond to new funding opportunities in line with the Safety Strategy
    Partner with and coordinate knowledge and information sharing with the Awards Management Unit (AMU) for public fundraising and GPPS/IPP for private fundraising, capturing priority needs across the portfolio, and providing accurate guidance to technical leaders and executive leaders for bid development
    Track a pipeline of upcoming opportunities and circulate to key staff

    New Project Development

     Identify and connect with internal and external experts for guidance and collaboration on different evidence pieces.

    Job Requirements
    Education and Experience

     Masters/PhD in Public Health, Nutrition, or related field.
     A minimum 6 years (if master’s level) or 4 years (if PhD level) of experience in research project design, implementation, and production of evidence in the field of health/nutrition.
     Experience in nutrition programming and/or research.
     Experience leading research projects in the field in fragile and development settings. 
     Experience in community-based management of acute malnutrition (CMAM) strongly preferred.

    Demonstrated Skills and Competencies

     Strong data analysis skills including data manipulation in statistical software (STATA or R), analysis, sampling, and epidemiology.

    Scope of Work

    The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of program outcomes and interventions and the program’s daily operations. They will have the overall responsibility of leading and overseeing the sourcing of TA needs and the quality execution of TA activities by local teams and consultants.
    The Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring a strong working relationship with FCDO and coordination with governments. They will ensure appropriate performance management capabilities to deliver the program deliverables. They will also be responsible for the program’s overall contract and budget management.
    The Team Lead is expected to have extensive skills in complex project implementation, advocacy, and networking capabilities with international and national institutions and development agencies. Broader technical knowledge of Health Systems Strengthening, SHRH, WASH, gender and equality, climate, and nutrition is desirable.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead the EPD team in deploying technical assistance to address policy, legal, and implementation challenges. Provide overall strategic, programmatic, and administrative leadership and direction, overseeing all technical, operational, and financial aspects of the programme.
    Manage the programme’s performance against objectives and key performance indicators(KPI) to ensure FCDO receives full payment based on good performance.
    Responsible for monitoring KPIs to ensure contract deliverables are delivered efficiently and effectively.
    Oversee project risk, compliance, duty of care, and security and supervise the EPD programme staff.
    Supervise and shape the TA process, ensuring clear policy/influencing opportunities are identified and addressed in collaboration with FCDO and government and counterparts.
    Oversee the recruitment, contracting, and performance management of consultants, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and country needs.
    Manage the strategic flexible fund, overseeing activities such as analysis, convening, and planning to support EPD aims in alignment with FCDO priorities.
    Oversee the development, review, and monitoring of yearly work plans, project strategy documents, implementation measures, knowledge management, and sustainability efforts to achieve long-term and short-term goals.
    Manage consortium partnerships and maintain collaborative partner relations, ensuring that all partners are aware of the project’s expectations and are actively involved in achieving the objectives while using the project management tools developed or adapted for the consortium.
    Support the Deputy Team Lead in managing partners and providing operations support that optimizes resources through sound budgets, consistent financial tracking, and timely submission of reports to the donor.
    Report to FCDO through both formal and informal debriefings, annual and semi-annual reports, ensuring timely submission of high-quality content.
    Maintain active and cooperative relationships with all key stakeholders, including government officials, project partners, other implementing agencies, and related institutions.
    Represent the project and the International Rescue Committee in national, regional, and international fora, including technical conferences and policy briefings, and share information about project achievements and lessons learned within the organization and wider development community.

    Team Leader Profile & Qualifications

    Advanced degree (or equivalent experience) in health, public administration, or related field.
    A minimum of 10 years experience managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar, complex, multi-partner projects, ideally experience leading FCDO Health programs.
    Experience and ability to provide leadership and direction and harness the multi-disciplinary skills of technical personnel and consortium partners.
    Deep understanding of and experience in programming addressing critical issues related to health system strengthening; human rights, gender, and equality, including sexual and reproductive health and rights; and healthier environments, including WASH, climate and health, nutrition, and air pollution.
    Experience and ability to work with and build effective partnerships between a broad range of stakeholders, including government, civil society, the private sector, multilaterals, and donors.
    Prior experience in operating effectively within complex and high-risk environments and managing the needs of multiple stakeholders; experience with at least one of the EPD countries is strongly preferred.
    Excellent leadership, representation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    Prior experience in managing large FCDO commercial contracts.
    Strong analytical communication and writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex information backed with evidence to promote and persuade influential stakeholders.
    Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
    Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in French is ideal.

    Job Purpose/Objective
    Under the mentorship of the Finance Coordinator, The Finance Manager-Budget & Reporting will handle the day-to-day budget and grants management function.
    The Finance Manager will always make sure that all issues relating to Budgets & Reporting are immediately attended to and that the donor budgets are prepared in accordance with IRC and the donor’s requirements and are submitted on time.
    In addition, they will make sure that grants are fully implemented according to donor’s regulations, IRC’s requirements and donor reporting is timely. S/He will develop budget management tool(s) and conduct training(s) to improve efficiency and donor reporting and compliance for the budget holders and any other collaborator with Finance.
    Key Responsibilities
    Proposal Budget Development, Grant Management :

    Supporting finance Coordinator with program staff to prepare grant budgets to support new proposals.
    Supporting Finance Coordinator to conduct a detailed preparation of existing grant budget revisions ensuring that all costs are covered and are not under/over budgeted in addition to accurate use of the IRC’s and the donor budget formats.
    Provide monthly analysis for per grant and provide advice to the budget holders to any variance spending.
    Review and consolidate spending plans provided by program team before submitting to donor.
    Representing finance during project cycle meeting.
    Provide support and feedback to Operations and Program Coordinators and Managers for all questions regarding the BVAs.
    In compliance with donor requirements propose and prepare adjustments entries, attaching all supporting documents for finance records and posting into Integra system.
    Review item forecast and ensure compliance with IRC & Donor regulations before signing.
    Support Finance Coordinator on Budget setup per donor reporting format.
    Track the spending on support costs and provide quarterly analysis for the purpose of any budget amendments or new budgets.

    Donor Reporting :

    Preparing Donor Financial reports and submitting them to Finance Coordinator for review ensuring the reports follow donor reporting requirements and submit timely as per contractual requirements.
    Perform project reconciliation alongside financial report ensuring all the transactions are reported and adjustment journal posted if any.
    Review grant trial balance including and ensure the grant balance sheet account are cleaned.
    Review the Grant inventory status and take necessary action during donor reporting.

    Staff Training :

    Conduct regular training sessions for new staff and IRC field offices on Budget Management and donor regulations for Program, Operations and Finance staff in close coordination with Grants team.

    Other Tasks:

    Support the Finance Manager/Coordinator during Internal and external audit. Ensuring that all documentation and required Schedules are made available for the Auditor in good time.
    Support the procurement department in ensuring that tendering and bidding process is fair, compliant, competitive, and being the finance focal person in the procurement committee.
    Performing any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

    Qualifications

    A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Commerce or Finance with a recognized professional certificate in accounting such as CPA, or ACCA.
    Not less than 2 years’ Experience within the Finance Department of an international organization. Experience in the humanitarian sector will be an added advantage.
    Extensive experience in working with computerized accounting systems, standard spreadsheet and database programs is an asset.

    Required Experience & Competencies:

    Good written and verbal skills in the English language.
    Working experience on budget preparation, budget management and financial reports is a requirement. This job requires strong analytical skills to be able to make logical and strategic budget decision.
    Ability to carry out responsibilities independently with minimal technical support from within the program organization.
    Must be a patient and good communicator who can function in an organizational environment involving a diversity of cultures, languages, and personal interests and agendas.
