    Our client, an ICT Company in Nairobi is looking for an I.T Sales Officer.
    Qualifications & skills

    Bachelor’s degree or diploma in I.T, Sales or equivalent course.
    Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing with a background in IT sales/industry.
    Quick learner with customer service experience.
    Excellent persuasion, communication and Interpersonal skills are essential.
    Ability to Cold-call customers and make a sale
    Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets within schedule.
    Proficiency in MS Office suite
    Should be highly motivated.

    Duties and responsibilities

    Achieving growth and hitting sales targets given by country manager.
    Visit potential customers for new business.
    Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
    Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential customers.
    Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
    Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
    Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
    Reaching the customer breath given by country manager.
    Funnel management.
    Identify and resolve client concerns.
    Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

    Bachelor in Construction Management, from a recognized University
    Minimum of 2 year plus working experience in Quantity Surveying.

    Should demonstrate competency.

    Duties and responsibilities

    Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
    Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
    Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
    Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project
    Measure and value the work done on site
    Pay subcontractors
    Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
    Select and/or source construction materials
    Write reports.
