    Role Summary:

    A Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marke- ting plans for Mwananchi credit limited to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
    The primary role includes market research, budgeting, campaign planning, and performance analysis.

    Qualifications:

    The incumbent must be Holder of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
    Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a marketing role, preferably with leadership responsibilities. Computer literacy and proficiency.

    Desired Skills:

    Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
    Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
    Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized Institution, Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law
    At least 5 years’ experience in a legal department of a busy organization, financial services, with sound exposure to credit or lending and debt recovery.
    Advocate of the High Court of Kenya of at least 2 years’ post-admission
    Certified Public Secretary of Kenya CPS (K) is an added advantage
    Membership in the Law Society of Kenya.
    Proficiency with MS Office suite packages as well as good IT skills and knowledge are essential.

    Good command of English both written and spoken.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Mwananchi Credit Limited. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying potential customers, promoting our financial solutions, conducting sales presentations, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining client relationships. The Sales Executive will work from our office located in Thika but other parts of the country you can work remotely under supervision.

    Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
    Good understanding of financial products, specifically micro-finance loans
