    Training and team incentive

    Fostering collaboration between brands and ensures consistent category vision and alignment.
    Defining, driving, and implementing top store/pharmacy development program and individual top pharmacy project.
    Define the training strategy for maximizing sell-out in-store.
    Define the Active Cosmetics Division training strategy including action plan.
    Develop new education and training tools to support the global brand strategy.
    Developing the country’s training program, in line with the marketing plan.
    Training the teams on new modules, engage sales & marketing teams around training.
    Keeping an eye on competition and reporting qualitative feedback from the field.
    Create local initiatives / special events.
    Organize training for newcomers and upskill knowledge of existing team.
    Online learning strategy and execution (multichannel approach).
    Build strong relationship between teams on the road.
    Work on a B2B communication strategy and support individual pharmacies. Develop the right Active Cosmetics Division training strategy that is in line with the marketing plan.
    Develop scientific training tools to train Bas, pharmacists and pharmtechs. 
    Monitor the training budget.

    Category management

    Ensuring the updates of planogram, visuals & artworks, claims, is well rolled out and implemented in store.
    Making analysis on brand (and competition) visibility in store to adapt and improve together with the local brand and commercial teams.
    Track stock levels in store and work in close collaboration with sales team to ensure all stores are well furbished.

    Key Responsibilities

    Requirements

    Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
    Proven track record of delivering topline and marketing KPIs (driving share and penetration).
    Experience in managing agencies.
    Proven experience in developing and implementing effective and integrated brand plans.
    Excellent analytical skills.
    Creative approach.
    Strong communication, organizational and project leading skills.

    Requirements

    Job Summary

    The Hygienist /Microbiologist is responsible for the tracking and validation of equipment cleaning & sanitization processes, managing risks and validating changes to equipment, utilities & procedures, enforces and trains employees on Manufacturing Hygiene and GMP Policies, monitoring microbiology trends of bulk, finished goods, water and environment to drive improvement initiatives.

    About The Role

    Responsible for plant hygiene testing, investigations & equipment validations, i. e. Creates & executes cleaning & sanitization validation protocols on manufacturing, storage vessel, transfer piping & packaging equipment. Leads investigations into hygiene/Micro related non-conformances.
    Ensures equipment validation status through change control, periodic revalidation or verification activities.
    Leads Back-to-Back and SIP Dispensation activities.
    Identify, control, prevent and resolve microbiological concerns or issues that impact product quality. Communicate and escalate any findings that impact production, employees and inventory status.
    Trends microbiology testing results of bulk & finished goods for the purpose of proactively identifying gaps and to drive improvement initiatives.
    Understands and is proficient procedures and best practices for managing Industrial Hygiene, including Standard Skid Design, Utility Network Requirements, Sanitization Validation Requirements, etc.
    Participate in the definition of design, validation plans, operating procedures, cleaning & sanitization recipes and training to ensure hygiene of equipment and utilities.
    Trouble shooting of microbiological & cross contamination non-conformities to identify preventive and corrective actions.
    Maintain and environmental monitoring program and trend results to drive hygienic improvements.
    Monitor production water quality, including validation of system changes and driving improvements to remediate out of specification results.
    Develop and deliver hygiene trainings to include but not limited to: Hygiene GMPs, Industrial Hygiene & Manufacturing Fundamentals, Monthly Hygiene Topics, etc.

    Requirements

    Bachelor s Degree in major technical discipline: microbiology & chemistry preferred with engineering background, or equivalent experiences.
    3- 5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
