    Processing weekly payroll accurately and timely.
    Preparing and verifying bank deposits and carrying out bank reconciliations.
    Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.

    Overall Job Purpose
    The main purpose of this role is to identify partnership opportunities,prepare and submit well done proposals and presentations for Strategic Partnership Engagements. In addition, the job holder is expected to scan the environment for new funding opportunities for different projects within the Institutions Strategic Direction
    Key Responsibilities

    Design and execute a Partnerships Management framework and Strategies to achieve the KWFT’s objectives.
    Help create and maintain trusted relationships with existing business partners.
    Identify and analyze opportunities for new strategic business alliances as well as funding and update management on viable partnerships.
    Write, analyze, submit and pitch high quality proposals/ presentations for new business partnerships with key stakeholders including the Government, County Governments, Developmental Partners, Private Sector and Social Investors.
    Update and share report to all relevant parties on partnership status and activities to improve intercompany communication for partner management.
    Monitor and review the Service level agreements (SLA) with various Partners to ensure compliance.

    Qualifications and Experience

    University Degree preferably in Business or Project Management. Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
    Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Partnerships and Grant Management
    Proven track record and success in stakeholder and partnership management in the field of business and or charity or non-profit organizations including Grants Management.
    Ability to research, identify, assess and develop new collaborative opportunities and relationships with key stakeholders including, National Government, County Government, Developmental Partners, Private Sector, Social Investors.
    Experience of writing and packaging persuasive proposals and budgets for funding.
    Experience of producing high quality project progress reports.
    Strong communications skills (written, verbal and presentation skills)
    Excellent Networking and people management skills and be proactive in nature

  • Debt Recovery Officer

    Debt Recovery Officer

    The position will be challenging and the holder shall be responsible for debt recoveries.
    The Holder of this position will report to the Head of Debt Recovery and Remedial Services.
    Minimum Requirements
    The incumbent will be required to have the following qualifications

    A Degree or Diploma in a business related field from a recognized institution. A Degree in Law will be an added advantage.
    Minimum of 3 years’ experience in debt collection gained from a banking environment or any other financial Institution.
    Knowledge of relevant legal requirements and processes in the banking environment or any other financial institution.
    Fully conversant with micro-credit and SME lending in the Kenyan business environment.
    Ability to maintain high sense of confidentiality.
    Excellent Negotiation and communication skills.
    Experience in working with targets and strict deadlines.
    Good planning, analytical and monitoring skills.
