Prepares and verifies receiving and/or fuel shipping documents; visually inspects fuel samples and checks API gravity and temperature. Performs preventive maintenance and minor repairs on tactical fuel systems and fuel tanker trucks. Familiar with the hazards of petroleum products, such as safe fuel-handling procedures, the dangers of static electricity, and grounding & bonding. Maybe responsible for oversight and leading the work of subcontract workers. Skills normally acquired through use of military tactical fuel distribution systems and fuel accountability paperwork procedures. Three (3) years of prior experience in petroleum storage and distribution operations and fuel systems maintenance. Must be capable of operating a standard drive transmission (Stick Shift 5 Speed).Position requires a high school diploma, a minimum of three (3) years military fuel operations experience or equivalent experience in the civilian sector of fuel operations as described within.

    May assume responsibility of the Supervisor in their absence. Will provide direct “hands on” operational oversight for, but not limited to, preparation of menu items according to recipes and other tasks for the kitchen and dining room operations in the Galley on their assigned shift, immediately correcting deficiencies as noted.
    Assure all personnel wear appropriate PPE when operating equipment or handling potentially hazardous chemicals.
    Review Preventive Medicine and KBR QA/QC Inspections with Food Service Supervisors, correcting all documented deficiencies.
    Assure compliance with Military & KBR Policies and Procedures and the Galley PWS to include:

    Culinary or Military Dining Facility background helpful but not required.
    Must have High school diploma/GED with 2+ years food service experience
