    Our client seeks to recruit a material clerk with at least 2 years’ experience in a busy manufacturing company.
    Job Description

    Keep a record of materials given to individual company branches.
    Sort out re-order levels as per the materials available in the workshop.
    Advice the management on materials to order.
    Get LPOs sorted out by relevant departments.
    Keep record of materials given to different departments
    Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
    Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
    Post materials needed in Whatsapp group for approval by management

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Degree / Diploma in Procurement
    Experience in working in a manufacturing company is an added advantage
    2+ years of experience in storekeeping.
    Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage disciplinary processes as they arise with legal support if needed.
    Communication and updates to staff on policies.
    Execute logistics for local & regional training, new joiner onboarding, CD committee and local HR events.
    Initiates case feedbacks and monitor feedback completeness.
    Registers and update the Alumni database.
    Facilitate the offboarding process for consulting & support staff.
    Implement wellness initiatives in the office.

    Qualification:

    Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or relevant Business Administration.
    Candidates with full membership or practicing licenses will have a distinct advantage.
    Hands-on experience working as an HR generalist in a global company or management consulting firm.
    Excellent background in providing a high level of customer service, managing confidential materials and administrative tasks.
    Effective written & verbal communication.
    Must have a minimum of 3 years experience.
    Experience working with Workday enterprise management cloud will be a distinct advantage.
    Excellent Organisation & prioritization skills.
    Excellent interpersonal skills.
    Must be able to perform in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment.
    Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organisation is essential.

    Demonstrated ability to lead, plan, organize, implement and report on a consultancy assignment;
    Excellent English (oral and writing) required
    Sound technical and business knowledge and understanding.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Receive payments and issue receipts.
    Compute and record totals of transactions to the Accountant.
    Requisition for receipt book replacement when need be.
    Resolve customer complaints? in term of pricing and escalate them where necessary.
    Calculate total payments received during a time period and reconcile this with total revenue.
    Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records of all transactions. Calculation and issuance of the top up policy.

    Qualification Requirements.

    CPA Qualifications

    Our client in a law firm is looking for a dynamic, innovative and result-orientated individual to fill in the above position in Nairobi
    Reporting to the Head of Finance and Administration, the Finance Officer will be responsible for supporting the Finance and Administrations department in finance roles and risk reporting for the institution.
    Responsibilities

    Support the utilization of company finances according to established policies, plans and procedures
    Monitor performance against financial plans and provide relevant and timely information to the Board, Senior Management peers, Departments, branches and other stakeholders
    Provide accurate and timely periodic financial reports and other reports to the various stakeholders and management as per the company policy or on need basis
    Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely and expeditious facilitation of external auditing requirements and statutory reporting of financial performance
    Preparation of financial proposals and related supporting documentation for donor funding, external financiers, commercial financing, regulatory and government authorities, external auditors, and financial consultants as and when required

    Academic, Professional Qualifications and Relevant experience

    Minimum 4 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or financial monitoring.
    A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
    Accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA,CA)
    Strong analytical, data mining ability.
    Knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
    In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    Familiarity with financial accounting statements.
    Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
    Hands-on experience with accounting software packages/ERP, like Oracle, SAP, Navision
    Excellent proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel).
    Experience in working with similar organizations or institutions will be an added advantage.
    Experience in working with Finance regulations and reporting standards and requirements.
