    Job Responsibility

    Establish & maintain strong internal financial controls and ensure all legal compliance.
    Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial and management accounts.
    Analyze and develop management accounting system.
    Responsible for all financial statutory compliance, and that such laws and requirements are respected and consistently followed.
    Manage local and international(overseas) purchases accounts.
    Manage debtors and collection from debtors.
    Monitor cash flow and expenditure against budget and resources available.
    Occasionally, dealing with banks and other financial institutions.
    Participate in management and organization development, development of operational manual.
    Ensure monthly stock takes, prepare stock reports and analyze stock consumption.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    CPA (K) or equivalent (Fully or Partly qualified) OR
    University Degree/Diploma in Accounting / Finance

The desired persons will be reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
    Key Responsibilities

    Conduct market analysis to determine needs, potential, desired rates
    Create systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, lead generation services and other forms of media
    Source for new business opportunities by approaching prospects
    Ensure strong understanding of the company value proposition
    Liaise with the Sales Managers periodically to identify and seal business opportunities
    Keep abreast of developments in the Real Estate Market in Kenya so as to provide evidence-based advice to clients i.e. Prices, legal requirements and related matters
    Support the development and implementation of a branding and marketing strategy

    Qualifications

    Degree in Sales and/or Marketing or any relevant field
    At least 3 years’ sales experience in the middle and high end property market
    Proficiency in Ms Office
    Motivation for sales and meet sales goals
    Confident and with good negotiation skills
    Ability to close sales
    Professionalism in property management
    Excellent communication skills

    Responsibilities
