    Assistant Finance Officer

    Salary budget: Ksh 40k-50k
    Job Responsibility

    Establish & maintain strong internal financial controls and ensure all legal compliance.
    Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial and management accounts.
    Analyze and develop management accounting system.
    Responsible for all financial statutory compliance, and that such laws and requirements are respected and consistently followed.
    Manage local and international(overseas) purchases accounts.
    Manage debtors and collection from debtors.
    Monitor cash flow and expenditure against budget and resources available.
    Occasionally, dealing with banks and other financial institutions.
    Participate in management and organization development, development of operational manual.
    Ensure monthly stock takes, prepare stock reports and analyze stock consumption.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    CPA (K) or equivalent (Fully or Partly qualified) OR
    University Degree/Diploma in Accounting / Finance

    Job Summary
    Our client is an established real estate company offering comprehensive real estate solutions. They seek to hire experienced, self-driven and results oriented candidates to fill in the role of Sales & Marketing Executives. The desired persons will be reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
    Key Responsibilities

    Conduct market analysis to determine needs, potential, desired rates
    Create systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, lead generation services and other forms of media
    Source for new business opportunities by approaching prospects
    Ensure strong understanding of the company value proposition
    Liaise with the Sales Managers periodically to identify and seal business opportunities
    Keep abreast of developments in the Real Estate Market in Kenya so as to provide evidence-based advice to clients i.e. Prices, legal requirements and related matters
    Support the development and implementation of a branding and marketing strategy
    Provide after sale customer services and maintaining a client and potential client database in the company’s files
    Provide periodic (daily, weekly and monthly) sales reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns
    Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance, and recommending service improvements
    Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
    Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as sale agreements and titles
    Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services
    Ensure compliance with real estate laws and policies when conducting property sales deals
    Represent the company in all sales meetings, participate in seminars, conferences, and events
    Manage company property and assets entrusted to the jobholder for marketing and sales purpose

    Qualifications

    Degree in Sales and/or Marketing or any relevant field
    At least 3 years’ sales experience in the middle and high end property market
    Proficiency in Ms Office
    Motivation for sales and meet sales goals
    Confident and with good negotiation skills
    Ability to close sales
    Professionalism in property management
    Excellent communication skills

    Responsibilities for the ICT Executive Job

    Advise on the strategic direction of key electronic resources including websites and information databases.
    Ensure the Link for critical service is up and minimize down time by follow-up with service providers.
    Lead new ICT projects from purchasing through full implementation, training and support and ensure standard through training and management to resolve gaps and weaknesses
    Format the ICT systems to produce tailor-made reports as per the management requirements.

    ICT Executive Job Qualifications

    A Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field with qualified professional IT certification, such as CISCO, ORACLE, CISA, CISM, and MCITP.
    At least 3 years’ working experience with 2 years’ carrying out IT related functions in a busy office.
    Interpersonal/formal communication (oral and written) skills, Leadership and Managerial skills
    Planning, organizing skills/ quality orientation and Negotiation skills
    Good knowledge of administrative rules and regulations;

    Responsibilities

    Support the Head of sales and Marketing in developing and implementing strategies and tactical plans for supermarkets to ensure sustained business growth in the assigned customer market in line with the overall sales plans;
    Achieve product availability targets through identifying and negotiating listings and targets for strategic focus brands to drive and maintain numeric distribution by product category; planning and execution of promotional activities.
    Promote product affordability on price by ensuring adherence to Recommended Retail Price (RRP) guidelines per strategic focus brand by channel and outlet type;
    Align sales functional excellence to changing market demands to the market need of the assigned portfolio to ensure sustained business operations and growth;
