    Sales and Marketing Executive Tours & Travel Consultant

    Details:
    We are looking for talented and driven individuals who have a passion for travel and networking. The ideal candidate must be a strategic thinker, with excellent people skills, organizational abilities and a great deal of professionalism. Ability to work partly on commission basis .
    Minimum Qualifications:

    Diploma (Experience or training in tourism and travel is an added advantage)
    Minimum 1year work experience
    Computer literate with good knowledge of at least MS Office
    Well organized & reliable
    An analytical mind with strong business acumen
    Customer-orientated approach
    Experience in preparing tour company packages will be a plus
    Excellent communication (written and oral) skills – Must be fluent in English 

    Responsibilities

    Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person at least ones every quarter and via telephone calls and emails;
    Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
    Presenting company Services to potential and existing clients;
    Creating detailed proposal, participate in bidding process as per customer requirements;
    Maintaining accurate records including contracts and SLA’s;
    Attending domestic trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings;
    Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
    Gathering market and customer information;
    Identifying and forging partnership that can enhance company brand with potential partners;
    Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with customers and suppliers;
    Working closely with travel and tours consultants in ensuring seamless service delivery to clients;
    Working closely with accounts department to ensure flawless payment from clients as per the stipulated credit terms;
    Informing clients about forthcoming product and special promotions;
    Conducting any other role in the sales and marketing function as may be allocated by the management.
