    Job Purpose:
    Responsible for the school’s disciplinary issues to maintain an environment with limited amount of infractions in the entire school.
    Key Responsibilities:

    Conducting corridor, bathroom, and classroom checks prior to the start of the school day to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for the students
    Coordinating the student line-up process prior, during, and after recess with the help of SLO® prefects in order to maintain order
    Managing the travel time between classes in order to ensure that no time is wasted as students relocate from one classroom to another
    Mentoring and discussing with students the role of discipline at school in creating a safe learning environment
    Maintaining a quiet environment while students enter the classroom after their breaks
    Ensuring students are in class before the start of the day in a timely manner
    Motivating students to work hard during class in order to achieve maximized learning during school hours
    Entering information into the SABIS® School Management System (SSMS) including teacher and student attendance report, student infractions, etc.
    Contacting, updating, and following up with parents if and when a student is absent
    Observing classes to ensure a calm learning environment is maintained
    Ensuring a safe atmosphere within the school by making sure that neither bullying nor fighting is taking place.
    Informing students of the disciplinary actions that will be taken, including classroom detention, after-school detention, etc.
    Accompanying students to the bus area after school hours and making sure that all students get on their allocated bus
    Preparing daily reports related to teacher observation, student infractions, and teachers’ complaints, etc.
    Attending weekly meetings with team to discuss any concerns or issues, they have regarding student behavior
    Performing other related tasks or projects as they arise and as delegated by the school management

    Ideal Requirements:

    Bachelor degree in a related subject matter and/or equivalent
    English Proficient / Native English Speaker (depending on subject)
    MS Office needed components
    Communication Skills

    Key Responsibilities:

    Introducing parents and students to the SABIS Educational System and the school campus.
    Handling student registration procedures, applications, and diagnostic tests.
    Maintaining data and statistics pertaining to inquiries, registration, enrollment, etc.
    Following up with parents regarding admissions and admission requirements.
    Administering diagnostic exams for all grades and interviewing students for the Infant Department
    Issuing admission letters for all newly accepted students in coordination with the School Director and the Finance Department.
    Ensuring the diagnostic exams are marked and, if applicable, following up on results.
    Conducting school tours.
    Ensuring that the application folder is updated and that the data submitted by parents is entered on SDP.
    Updating SDP regularly as need arises.
    Alerting the School Director, AQC, SMC, and other concerned parties if and when students leave the school.
    Updating computer registration and reregistration course files as necessary.
    Working closely with the Marketing Officer to ensure marketing material is always available and delivered to the appropriate audience.
    Building relationships with embassies, companies, NGOs, nurseries, ministries, etc.
    Maintaining an ongoing relationship with parents once they have enrolled their child(ren).
    Setting up and promoting new activities at the school that enhance the school offering and make it more appealing to existing and prospective parents.
    Communicating with existing parents about major initiatives taking place at the school.
    Arranging meetings/events for existing parents as a way to keep in touch and also launch new initiatives.
    Assisting in projects as assigned by the School Director.

    Job Purpose:

    Enabling the success of students to reach their potential through the implementation of the extracurricular SABIS curriculum and through the consistent use of the SABIS teaching methodology.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Completing all lesson plans and maintaining daily reflection of the lessons. The plans and evaluations will be reviewed by the HOD.
    Teaching lessons according to the SABIS Physical Education Curriculum. Developing and implementing drills and activities as per the points set out by the SABIS Point System.
    Training students for competitions. This includes, but may not be limited to, the development of written practice plans, performance tracking and associated departmental reports.
    Attending and judging competitions between SABIS schools
    Attending and judging Saturday activities as scheduled on school campus.
    Taking care of equipment, including organization, set-up, and pick-up.
    Completing all required documentation for students in training (including accident forms, SLO record charts, etc.)
    Maintaining effective classroom discipline. Reporting infractions to the Supervisor/Head Supervisor through the use of the discipline sheet and, if necessary, following-up with a written incident report.
    Remaining actively involved in extra-curricular activities
    Maintaining an updated lifesaving certificate to be able to teach swimming.
    Assisting students in developing an active lifestyle.
    Meeting weekly with the Head of the Department to discuss issues and concerns.
