    Role Brief
    We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage client prospects.
    What are you expected to do?
    You will provide value adding, complete and appropriate solutions for every client in order to boost top-line revenue growth, client acquisition and retention levels, and profitability.
    Responsibilities

    Present, promote and sell the Consultancy’s products/ services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.
    Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/ potential clients to meet their needs.
    Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships.
    Reach out to prospective leads through cold calling.
    Expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
    Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
    Coordinate sales effort with team members and other functions.
    Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
    Supply management with reports on client needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
    Support the Consultancy’s continual improvement programs through feedback.

    Qualifications

    Proven work experience in sales.
    Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
    Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
    Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
    Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
    Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
    Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
    Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

    Additional Information
    Remuneration is commission based. Candidates will be shortlisted on a rolling basis.

    Qualifications

    A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
    The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

    Additional Information

    The Sales and Marketing Consultant will initially work on a short contract with a possibility of a lengthy contract based on individual performance during the short contract.

    This position will be responsible for two main functions; one is client mobilization which involves creating awareness of the company services and the second is coaching at the initial stages of the client journey that is helping learners identify career interests, design a personal career plan and prepare a CV using the company’s tools.

    Qualifications

    In order to perform at expected level the job holder will be expected to be proficient with basic computer applications (Excel, Word, internet and PowerPoint), able to work online through Microsoft ‘teams’. This therefore means that s/he will be a diploma holder or o level with high level of digital literacy.

    Additional Information

    This position will be on an independent contractor (agent) terms for the first 21 days and later based on performance be converted to a term contract.
