    We wish to invite applicants with requisite qualifications to fill the position of Projects Sales Executive that has arisen within the company.
    Department: Showroom
    Reporting to: Retail Lead – Projects
    Role Purpose: To promptly respond to project customer’s inquiries, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, provide information, maintain client compliant database. Ensure targeted sales are met.
    Duties and Responsibilities

    Meet Project sales targets.
    Seek new project opportunities – field work.
    Sending quotes to clients and following up on orders.
    Processing all Project related documents in accordance to procedures.
    Ensure weekly reports are sent to the Retail Project Lead for projects for further input/action.
    Maintain a project customer database and update customer information on the system.
    Supervise to ensure project installations done in accordance to client requirements and snags are completed to ensure hand over to client.
    Ensure all project money received from invoices are receipted.
    Print out all invoices.
    Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Superior.

    Qualifications

    A Minimum qualification of a Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Public relations or Customer service or any business course is required.
    At least 5 years’ experience in sales or marketing, customer care representative from a service industry back ground. Experience in Project management; Real
    Estate or Kitchen Design Company will be off an added advantage
    Excellent personal presentation and telephone etiquette.
    Speaks and writes excellent English.
    Excellent Report writing skills.
    Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
    Good problem analysis and solving skills.
    Proficient in relevant computer applications
