    Job Purpose

    To conceptualize and execute designs for all forms of branding and marketing content to the highest professional standards within set deadlines through comprehensive knowledge of all relevant graphic design tools, in addition to working alongside, supporting and guiding the creative design team to deliver elevated levels of creativity and quality in ideation, design, and execution across all branding and marketing related tasks.

    Job Responsibility and Accountability

    Designing all forms of branding and marketing content using graphic design tools including design and editing software, including (but not limited) color and font selection, photo and video editing, layouts, graphics, icons, logos and other design requirements to communicate creative concepts and messaging
     Work in collaboration with rest of marketing team to offer and develop ideas, concepts, strategies and proposals for marketing campaigns and activities that will drive company sales and build brand across all marketing channels
    Ensure full understanding and utilization of Trello project management platform for all tasks
    Conceptualizing and executing design concepts that elevate creative output and push boundaries of creative thinking and design in execution of brand and marketing presentation
    Ensure creation of all branding and marketing communication is effectively executed and optimized for all required marketing platforms, and completed within set timelines
    Work with design team to conceptualize and design all forms of marketing communication effective for all digital platforms as well as retail outlets and wholesale market
    Taking leading role in improving the quality of design work and ideas for branding and marketing communication and support and guide the other designers to learn, develop and execute elevated standards of design output
    Keep up-to-date with current design trends, global and local, and undertake monthly research on competitor branding and marketing communication
    Be a custodian and protector of brand standards across all brand touch points and ensure all branding and marketing presentation consistently meets the set standards and guidelines without exception 
    Lead by example in living the Hotpoint culture and values and be driven and ambitious to achieve personal growth and growth for the company
    Learn, read and expand understanding in branding and marketing to develop a broader and deeper knowledge base and keep knowledge relevant and up to date

    Qualification

    Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design/ Fine Art or any related field.

    Experience

    Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
    Proficient expertise in Adobe illustrator, after effects, premiere pro, InDesign, photoshop, & other relevant Adobe programs
    Strong graphic design and video editing portfolio with clear evidence of a broad range and variety of design work.

    Job Purpose

    Coordinate smooth operations in the retail stores from receiving of goods, storage and issuing to the showroom and ensure integrity of the stores and constantly explore innovative ways of achieving operational efficiencies.
    Responsible for inventory management process and safe keeping of showroom goods.
    Implement zero stock policy by ensuring timely transfer of goods for display and other branches on as per need basis
    Dispatching of goods to clients through collection or deliveries
    Manage deliveries to the clients.

    Job Responsibility and Accountability

    Responsible management of Showroom Stores.
    Receive Stocks into the Showroom Stocks from the various locations – RHW1, Service Centers and Third Party Suppliers with proper Orion documentations.
    Inspect the goods before receiving and take proper plan to put the goods in the showroom store.
    Records Management – maintaining proper records of the Location Transfers; goods received from entering received goods into Orion; Stock Adjustments; Material Issues; in liaison with the asst branch manager.
    Maintain accurate and up to date stores records (GRN system) for accountability and control.
    Management of Stocks by ensuring that monthly stock takes are taken, variances reported to HOD and Sales Staff and resolved within the current month and maintaining all reports related to stock takes.
    Re ordering levels – to liaise with Sales Staff to ensure all items available in RHW1 has been ordered by the Sales Staff.
    Pending Location Transfers – to ensure all stock entries and exits are processed in Orion from both ends – the receiving and dispatching.
    Dispatch items from the stores to showroom with proper documentations.
    Coordinate all deliveries out of the showroom to the clients and liaise with the clients
    Ensure all procedures and protocols are followed with regards to units’ receipt and dispatch.
    Observe adherence to company policy and standards in regards to stores operations for compliance.
    Implement proper housekeeping of the showroom store for quality maintenance, ease of traceability and reduction of incidences.
    Ensure that there is adequate safeguard of all inventories and asset in your custody.
    Any other duties as may be assigned to you by your supervisor from time to time.

    Qualification

    Relevant Supply Chain or Store keeping qualification or a relevant Diploma.

    Experience

    Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position in a similar industry is preferable.
     Ability to work with advanced computer skills especially Excel,Word, and ERP  software.
    Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain processes.
    An appreciation of Health and Safety policies and procedures.
    Must be a person of proven integrity.

    Job Purpose

    Responsible for welcoming customers, learning product information, selling merchandise, maintaining the displays and assist customers by providing the customers with a great shopping experience.

     Job Responsibility and Accountability

    Ensure personal presence on the floor and aid customers in locating merchandise.
    Take customers through all products and provide maximum information.
    Recommend on the merchandise to be delivered from the warehouse/store when merchandise is not on the floor.
    Capture client details on the e-warranty forms.
    Direct and escort customers to the item testing area, ensure client is given a product demo and products tested are working as per their specifications.
    Close the sale at minimum discount and assist in the check-out process as well as dispatching or arrange for the delivery by compiling client details.

    Qualification and Experience

    A minimum of Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Customer care or equivalent.
    Sales training or exposure in a similar role in retail environment will be an added advantage.
    At least 1 year experience in a sales environment preferably in retail.
    Must be friendly with a pleasant and engaging personality.
    Should be physically fit as the job requires standing most of the day and the individual may be required to lift large amounts of stock.
    Should have visual acuity to determine accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned, and determine safety of workplace surroundings for themselves and guests.

    Assist Bonded Warehouse Clerk in ensuring that incoming stock is unloaded and stored correctly and safely in the bonded warehouse. 
    Support Bonded Warehouse Clerk in locating the items needed and prepares them for loading on receipt of orders.
    Assist with filing of the Bonds warehousing data and documentation.

    Roles and responsibilities 

    Assist in the offloading of containers and receiving of goods at Bonded Warehouse.
    Assist in arrangement and keeping track of goods at the Bonded warehouse.
    Assist Bond Clerk in filing and maintaining records at the Bonded Warehouse.

    Ensure all staff are trained as per the training calendar. Ensure discipline is maintained by the Showroom team.
    Ensure staff presentation is smart and formal attire is adhered to.
    Ensure breaks by staff are taken in an orderly fashion and timings are adhered to.
    Responsible for staff leave management

    Qualification

    A Minimum qualification of a degree in Sales & Marketing, Public relations or Customer service or any business-related course is required.

    Experience and Key Skills

    At least 5 years’ experience in sales or marketing, customer care from a service industry back ground in a retail supervisory or management position.
    Excellent personal presentation and telephone etiquette.
    Proficient in relevant computer applications.
    Excellent people /customer service skills.
    Excellent Report writing skills.
    Excellent interpersonal skills.
    Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
    Good problem analysis and solving skills.
    Good listening skills.
    Computer skills.
    Good organizational skills.
