    Our client seeks to hire a Systems Planning Developer. The Job holder will collaborate with other departments within the company to identify requirements and develop solutions (database design, workflows, integration touch points and user/data interfaces). Configure and/or customize customer channel solutions to meet business requirements using various database and software tools.
    Responsibilities  

    Conduct business user requirements analysis and specification.
    Specify computer system requirements for the solution of complex business problems and formulates designs for their solutions.
    Perform the necessary technical design and development functionality to ensure that business application systems can be effectively developed and implemented.
    Design and development of front-end tier(s), middle tier(s), and /or back-end database tier(s) for business applications. Capturing of business applications information needs and mapping of the same to the software and /or database components.
    Perform data modelling to analyze and specify data structures within an application system.
    Designing and implementing highly scalable and available systems.
    Create test plans, test data sets and perform automated testing to ensure all components of the developed systems meet specifications
    Work directly with the IT support personnel and teams to resolve issues identified and escalated during daily operations.
    Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents.
    Formalize test plans and implements troubleshooting procedures.
    Implement automated monitoring of assigned systems to enable pro-active responses to incidents.
    Research and provide input on design approach, performance and base functionality improvements for various procedures and applications.
    Generation of ideas to improve efficiency in software and application services offered to the business, and/or generate revenue for business
    Participation and membership in various technical for the purpose of increasing the collective knowledge base of the team.

    Qualifications

    Degree in Computer Science or technical related field
    Certification in Database systems and RDBMS systems.
    Certified Solution Developer
    3 years experience with at least one of the following languages: Java, PHP, C++, C#, Python
    At least 3 years solid experience in front-end development with working knowledge of at least one front-end framework — React, Angular, Vue
    2 years development experience with RDMS preferably MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle etc. Experience in NoSQL databases is an added advantage
    Certification and experience in working with cloud platforms an added advantage.
    Experience with Scrum and other Agile processes
    Experience in Business Systems modelling and data retrieval
    Unix/Linux user skills.
    Working knowledge of Jira, Git/SVN, Jenkins
    Experience in the design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
    Great communication and interpersonal skills

    Prepare, share and review test results periodically, report any defects, bugs, errors, configuration issues and interoperability flaws and develop test acceptance reports for projects and software changes.
    Works with business units to perform post deployment sanity and regression tests and post-implementation review within defined period to confirm that the deployed solution works as per the business requirements.
    Participates in formulation and implementation of software process improvement policies and strategies for the division.

    Job Requirements:

    Network Security Specialist

    The Job holder will be responsible for the management of security strategies, policies and programs to assess, prioritize, and mitigate business risk with technology controls. Priorities include: mitigating and managing cyber security threats, ensuring systems availability, aligning with global regulatory risk and compliance requirements, managing systems and network complexity, and partnering with businesses for better technology delivery by providing advice on technology controls.

    Responsibilities:

    Define, develop, implement, manage and govern standards, policies, procedures, and solutions that mitigate risk and maximize security, availability of service, efficiency and effectiveness
    Provide subject matter expertise over network security risk assessment, secure network design and risk/threat/vulnerability management capabilities and functions across People, Process and Technology
    Provide support and consulting in preparation for Audits and in composing management responses and appropriate remediation activities
    Review and analyze large, complex, and comprehensive private and public cloud projects to assess network security risk, ensure compliance with standards, and suggest changes
    Conduct detailed assessments to prioritize program remediation or improvement for various network related technologies
    Build and maintain appropriate relationships with internal and external parties to ensure awareness and understanding of potential or impending threats, and measures to counter these threats
    Contribute to the review of internal processes & activities and assist in identifying potential opportunities for improvement
    Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and operational efficiency
    Assess / identify key issues and escalate to appropriate levels and relevant stakeholders where required
    Able to work well with others, and in particular be able to influence and change behaviors and build consensus
    Participate in the investigation of Information Security Incidents and development of remediation/prevention mechanisms
    Work with project teams to understand and accommodate application architecture and the applications specific requirements for private and public cloud networking
    Work with security team to understand and accommodate network security requirements for application
    Establish requirements and drive implementation of network security governance and reporting for private and public cloud environments.

    Requirements

    University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience
    Certifications: CISSP, CCSP,
    5 to 7 years of experience in an information technology role focused on network infrastructure security preferably within the financial services industry or a consulting company
    Strong technical knowledge and understanding of various software-defined and physical network platforms including, firewalls, IDS/IPS, routers, switches, WAN technologies, MPLS, load balancing and wireless Networks
    Experience and understanding of public cloud networking and network security controls, particularly on Azure
    Experience defining network security standards and processes such as firewall rules request/approval process, B2B communication standards, logging and monitoring standards, device hardening standards for large organizations preferably in the financial services industry
    Resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision under the direction of the Senior Manager – Network Security
    Information Security certification or accreditation would be an asset
    Strong research, analytical and problem-solving abilities
    Effective written and verbal communication skills
    Have experience with microsegmentation and network automation in a hybrid public and private cloud environment
    Knowledgeable of cloud and hybrid-cloud implementations including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS

    The Quality Assurance Manager will perform quality reviews on business requirements, develop standardized testing methods and strategies, lead in the execution of functional and non-functional tests and implementing quality testing and reporting processes in order to track and ensure adherence to quality software development process and products.

    Responsibilities:

    Coordinate business requirements reviews across functional teams and ensure that the business requirements are complete, precise and testable.
    Works with project team to define and create overall project test strategy/test plan, test schedules or strategies and identifies test resources, estimates test effort in accordance with project scope or delivery dates and ensures that the test strategy is achieved.
    Develop, document and maintain functional and non-functional test cases, test scripts and other test artefacts like the test data, data validation, harness scripts and automated scripts.
    Works collaboratively with the business units and project teams to execute and validate test cases based upon business requirements and ensures that the test cases are traceable to the requirements.
    In collaboration with Company and other critical stakeholders, tune the SQC (statistical quality control)processes, adopt tools and define re-usable templates in-line with the adoption and maturity of the SQA(Software Quality Assurance) Framework.
    Define test process including required test activities and deliverables, conduct Test Readiness Assessment, establish test beds and ensure that test beds are available for all planned white box and black box testing activities.
    Engages, champions and collaborates with technical teams/personnel in non-functional; testing including integration, regression, load, performance, security and usability testing.
    Prepare, share and review test results periodically, report any defects, bugs, errors, configuration issues and interoperability flaws and develop test acceptance reports for projects and software changes.
    Works with business units to perform post deployment sanity and regression tests and post-implementation review within defined period to confirm that the deployed solution works as per the business requirements.
    Participates in formulation and implementation of software process improvement policies and strategies for the division.

    Job Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
    Professional Qualifications such as ITIL Foundation
    7 years progressive experience in Information Technology with focus on Business Analysis, Software Development, Quality Assurance.
    Experience in at least two IT disciplines such as application development, middle ware, SOA and Software Quality Assurance.
    Experience in operating systems (Windows, Unix).
    Experience in Database management systems.
    Prior working experience Software Quality Assurance.
    Exposure to Software Testing Automation.
    Knowledge of quality assurance testing, tooling and associated programming language
    Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of emerging trends and concepts related to Quality Assurance methodology.
    Advanced knowledge of business processes to enable client productivity, efficiency and technology cost reduction
    Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.
    Excellent planning and organizational skills with ability to breakdown complex items to manageable components.
    Ability to liaise with all levels of management and subject matter experts across the industry and within the organization.

    Our client seeks to hire an IT Infrastructure and Hardware Analyst to be providing helpdesk support and resolving problems to the end user’s satisfaction.

    Reports to: Senior Infrastructure Analyst 

    Responsibilities

    Capable to providing 1st contact resolution, using KB’s and Knowledge Articles.
    Monitoring and responding quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk.
    Monitoring Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority
    Modifying configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
    Utilizing and maintaining the helpdesk tracking software.
    Documentation of internal procedures.
    Assisting with onboarding of new users.
    Ensuring each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized equipment
    Installing, testing and configuring new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
    Maintaining inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
    Reporting issues to the Service Desk for escalation.
    Managing PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.
    Assigning users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory.
    Performing timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT related courses from an accredited institution.
    2-3 years of experience in the Banking sector.
    Microsoft or Cisco Certifications.
    Experience in computer hardware maintenance.
    1-2 years of experience to support Windows OS and MS Office programs (i.e. Excel, Word, Projects, Visio and Outlook)
    Knowledge of TCP/IP and other networking concepts.
    Knowledge in LAN/WAN network administration and maintenance.
    Excellent communication skills (i.e. oral and written)
    Ability to work independently and efficiently.
