This is what you will do:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new service providers to expand the reach and effectiveness of our emergency response network.
Train all new and existing providers on how to use the Flare app, dispatch protocols and standards, and general professionalism and care.
Carry out inspections among existing providers and new providers.
Travel to meet with existing and new provider partners to carry out regular inspections and onboardings.
Facilitate performance reviews and feedback sessions to assess performance and address areas for improvement for service providers.
Solve provider-related issues by collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and effective solutions.
Ensure all data is entered properly within Flare Dispatch for the providers—both current and prospective partners—and also on the internal CRM.
Leverage data and insights from the field to make recommendations for improvements in onboarding, inspection processes, dispatching, and care, in addition to engagement activities.
Oversee the distribution and setup of necessary technology and equipment to new partners, ensuring they are equipped to participate in our network effectively.
Track and evaluate the performance of partners using system metrics to ensure compliance with service standards and operational efficiency.
Ensure all partner operations are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements, and report on partnership activities and outcomes to senior management.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field is required, with preference given to candidates with a background in the medical field or related disciplines.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills, with a proactive and adaptable mindset to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience in data management, analysis, and visualization, particularly with health-related datasets, and proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages spoken in East Africa (e.g., Swahili) is advantageous.
Background in Public Health, Health Financing, Emergency Care, Health Systems, or Health Informatics is a big plus, with experience in emergency medicine considered advantageous.
Willingness to travel extensively, including working in emergency response settings when needed.
