We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Associate.
Your day-to-day
Digital Marketing Strategy, Planning and ExecutionYou will be responsible for developing Apollo Agriculture’s digital marketing strategy, planning, implementing, managing and monitoring the company’s Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales. You will design, implement, test, launch, and track an omni-channel marketing strategy complete with activities and campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional team members to ensure strategic alignment
Content Management (Creation, curation, and management)You will develop and manage a monthly content calendar that ensures brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology whilst supervising all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience. Your digital media content plan will include monthly sales objectives and initiatives
Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaignsYou will own, manage and oversee Apollo’s day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency and delivery of impactful campaigns having a clear understanding of Apollo’s end-users. You will manage the development, implementation, monitoring, tracking and optimising of paid campaigns including identifying and tracking landing pages, building content and structure that drives click through rate and quality leads. You will also support experimentation with new channels for higher conversion and lower acquisition costs.
Analytics and ReportingYou will analyse data and key metrics and adjust strategy as social media evolves and use the data point to determine the success of the digital campaigns set out. You will also Analyse the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to management and executive teams outlining any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan
You:
College / university degree in Marketing or related field.
More than 4 years of work experience in social media management
Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media.
Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Practices superior time management.
Sound understanding of social media KPIs
Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary. (ie: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management).
Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution.
