    Ensure proper communication regarding jobs in progress

    Requirements
    Qualifications:

    Min: Grade 12 & Job related Trade certificate
    Ideal: Grade 12 / N2 & Job related Trade certificate

    Experience

    Must be able to work on sophisticated and intricate machinery and equipment including large tractors, combines, sprayers, harvesters and Precision AG.

    Description
    To ensure excellent service levels and high levels of diagnostics, technical skills, and technical communication and conduct certified dealer instructor training on all Agricultural and Construction and Forestry equipment. Offer support to the Sales department on product specifics. After-sales coverage for existing and potential key account customers.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Support

    Deliver products to customers and provide initial one-on-one training.
    Identify root causes of customer problems and provide technical assistance to employees and customers.
    Follow up on aftersales CSI complaint list and action solutions.
    Attend to special requests from customers.
    Engage and manage with the franchise directly to follow up on CCMS.
    Fulfill the function of technical communicator for Agriculture and C&F.
    Develop and maintain remote support and technical issues via Service Advisor Remote.
    Ensure that highly complicated diagnoses are resolved timeously.
    Monitor, teach, and advise all technical staff to be more efficient and accurate in diagnostics
    Ensure Group technical staff get training and improve their level of status 

    Sales

    Attend to any inquiries on sales from both employees and customers.
    Carry out optimum after-sales coverage on key account customers.
    Actively canvas for after-sales business
    Accompany sales department on sales visits to customers to ensure proper product information.
    Attend demonstrations to help optimize equipment.
    Assist the sales department in developing confidence to operate equipment correctly.
    Ensure up-to-date knowledge of changing product lines.
    Identify necessary technology solutions needed by specific markets.
    Share new features and benefits with the sales department as and when they are released.

    Training

    Plan, organize, promote, and deliver service and support clinics during specific seasons
    Deliver certified dealer instructor training on John Deere and Waratah products
    Maintain John Deere and Waratah training levels and redeliver to sales, technical and parts personel as needed
    Train customers and staff on available online tools
    Develop presentations to ensure training or new information gets delivered accurately
    Note and share tips and tricks to staff members to assist with quick solutions

    Communication

    Fulfil the role of technical communicator for service staff, John Deere and Waratah as well as any other C&F equipment sold or serviced by Mascor.

    Marketing

    Participate in customer on-site demonstrations and optimization sharing.
    Follow up with salesmen to ensure targeted customers receive demonstrations.
    Develop Demo calenders and or targeted customer route for specific products
    Share promotions on products at the correct time of season

    REQUIREMENTS:
    Qualifications:

    Min: Relevant trade test qualification

    Experience:

    3-5 years’ experience in a technical environment.
    3-5 years’ experience at Master Technician level.

    Mascor is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for their Agricultural Workshop overseeing a variety of clerical and administrative duties for the workshop.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Warranty claims

    Submit claims within franchiser’s requirements.
    Keep daily/monthly WIP within parameters.
    Maintain up to date and accurate warranty claims register.
    Check and confirm warranty parts are tagged and stored correctly.
    Maintain storage and disposal of replaced parts after audit.
    Follow up on all returned, rejected, and unpaid warranty claims.
    Responsible for overseas parts shipping
    Manage emails and all correspondence pertaining to warranty claims.

    Administrative duties

    Opening and closing of job cards
    Fill in the daily timesheet.
    Set up quotations.
    Preparing and actioning invoices
    Issuing and requesting order numbers to and from suppliers & customers
    Filing – making sure all documents are filed neatly.
    Processing and allocating supplier invoices, and maintaining a register for supplier invoices.
    Balance petty cash daily
    Act as Health and Safety officer

    Customer service

    Ensure customer satisfaction is at 100% and all queries are attended to timeously.
    Contact customers after a job is closed to get feedback.
    Maintain contact after delivery (3 weeks, 3 months, 3 years).

    Requirements

    Min: Grade 12
    Ideal: Diploma in office administration

    Experience:

    SALES

    The above position has become available at our offices in Kenya. This role will primarily focus on ensuring collection targets are achieved in line with the company’s Credit Policy.
    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
    Ensure that credit limits are in place for all customers
    Ensure that credit applications are completed and filed for all customers
    Ensure that all debts are paid as per Company Policy or as stipulated in the relevant Trade Agreement(s).
    Meet targets for debt collection as set by the Financial Director.
    Track and follow up on overdue invoices within the agreed time frames set out in the credit policy
    Regularly communicate with the sales department with the objective of managing outstanding debts.
    Handle disputed bills and bring to payment within agreed terms.
    Provide accurate advice on billing queries.
    Post payments to accounts and allocate accurately to open item account.
    Check system generated statements for accuracy before distribution at the end of each month.
    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
    A tertiary qualification in Credit Management
    3 years of experience in a similar role.
