    Responsibilities:
    Assures the achievement of agreed sales and revenue targets through distributors, dealers and other partners that resell the products and services:

    Implements assigned action plans aimed at achieving sales and revenue targets including selling products and services primarily to outlets on the ground
    Closely monitors distributors/partners against anticipated sales revenue and ensures on-target performance is achieved

    6 months – 1 year work experience in retail sales within the FMCG industry will be an added advantage

    Job Description
    Sheer Logic Management Consultants is seeking to engage dynamic individuals for Engineer Compliance Technician position for one of our clients.
    The Compliance Technician is responsible for reviewing and updating engineering SOPs and coordinating weekly closure of actions in the engineering sustainability plan. He or she will ensure Coordination of closure of existing Ammonia Safety Audit & Boiler House Safety Audit gaps, Rotary Valves Gaps, Engineering Compliance Gaps and Engineering related Q-compliance gaps. He will also be responsible for resolving all compliance issues in engineering and design while documenting and recommending process changes in spares parts to ensure the safety of all machine operations.
    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering.
    A minimum of three years’ experience working as a compliance engineer.
    Proficiency in report writing, analysis, and compliance procedures.
    Thorough hands-on experience either in mechanical or electrical engineering.  
    Experience with product-testing and process analysis.
    Ability to communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing.
    Solid technical knowledge of Fast consumer moving good manufacturing set up.

    Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with engineers to ensure existing engineering compliance related gaps are closed on time.
    Update Contractors’ Management Compliance file.
    Coordinate implementation of actions in the engineering sustainability plan and monthly update the same.
    Support the engineers to prepare monthly engineering reports.
    Maintain database of reviewed documentation for comparison to actual documents presented at time prior to manufacturing using the machines available.
    Support and participate in process improvement initiatives utilizing lean manufacturing tools and techniques as required.
    Perform internal audits as required by the Quality Manager & Safety Manager following all safety rules and regulations.
    Deliver planned test, inspection and maintenance programme timely to the nominated compliance remit in accordance with legislative requirements, procedure and engineering standards.
    Record and undertake corrective actions immediately when identified for nominated compliance remit.
    Undertake suitable risk assessment prior to undertaking corrective maintenance work and document in full to ensure and evidence safe working practice.
    Support workflow efficiency and liaise with the engineering for planned and corrective maintenance tasks management.
    Ensure all test equipment is calibrated, suitably maintained and meets current regulations.
    Ensure all relevant records and files are appropriately maintained in accordance with standard operating and procedure.
    Ensure Site Activity Log Books are completed timely and accurately and are maintained in accordance with SOPs.
    Provide support in producing ad-hoc compliance/ technical engineering reports as required.
    Accountable for the completion of standard or non-standard tasks within compliance area.
    Information on the certification document is reviewed for clarity and conformance.
    Perform any other duties in line with compliance health and safety requirements.

    The Position

    The primary role of the position will be to support the Senior Manager, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) in the development of M&E frameworks, systems, processes and tools; implementation of M&E tools and systems to improve ability to collect, interpret and aggregate data that demonstrate impact and program accountability and progress; knowledge management; data quality management; production of quality and timely reports; prudent documentation and archiving all programmes M&E outputs.

     Key Responsibilities

    Support in development, implementation, review and updating of the Foundation M&E systems, programmes M&E frameworks and procedures, logical frameworks, M&E plans, Programmes Performance Monitoring Plan (PMP) and M&E tools/templates
    Support development, review and updating programmes indicators

    Support field teams on data collection, analysis and learning activities

    Support in responding accurate and timely to data queries from staff, senior management and partners
    Undertake monthly programmes data quality assurance, undertake periodic field spot checks, flag integrity issues and provide technical recommendations
    Daily update and maintain programmes database, undertake routine data analytics and offline (online backups daily and weekly offline backup every Friday)
    Support in the developing the Foundation knowledge base by collecting/documenting, analysing, and disseminating lessons with staff and external stakeholders

    Qualifications

    For the above position, the successful applicant should meet the following criteria:

    A Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Project Management, Finance, Social Science or Information Management related field from a reputable and CHE recognized University.
    Professional qualifications in M&E or a Master’s degree will be an added advantage.

    Responsibilities

    Sourcing and Contracting

    Seeking quotations for non-repeat requirements from approved suppliers as per procurement policy;
    Reviewing quotations, negotiating and closing contracts with the best suppliers where required; and
    Ensure procurement of quality goods and services in a timely manner and at competitive prices.

    Category Planning

    Develop the category plans for Commercial areas;
    Conduct situational analysis including industry dynamics, supplier research, and source country dynamics and investigate and secure new/alternative sources of supply, technology and services to increase margins through the lowering of costs by introduction of new products or alternative procurement sources beneficial to the company;
    Work with future or current suppliers to develop effective business relations; and

    Category Monitoring

    Ensure compliance to contract terms and conditions by both suppliers and internal customers;

    Performance Evaluation and Management

    Requirements

    Must have 4-6 years’ demonstrable experience in technical buying (I.T);
