    Key Responsibilities

    Delivery of Projects impacting customer experience;
    Support customer experience teams with performance management tools;
    Receiving and deploy new processes and initiatives;
    Support customer experience to anchor and drive defined projects for Area Customer Experience across, Ocean and Logistics Services;
    Coordinate and review all functional excellence activities in Area and develop change management strategies to ensure successful implementation and adoption of changes;
    Sustain deployment and maturity in the teams in coordination with Global Service Centre and Product owners;
    Identity current process and/or gaps and propose solutions to improve customer experience outcomes;
    Support teams with training and capability building; and
    Feed relevant stakeholders with requirements and feedback around our client’s E-Solutions.

    Qualifications

    Bachelors Degree in a business-related field;
    At least 3 years of experience in continuous improvement role within logistics and services industry;
    Excellent understanding and focus on Customer Experience;
    Highly structured and analytical;
    Process improvement & Project Management skills;
    Understanding E2E Business Landscape and Operational Excellence / Lean experience is beneficial;
    Strong influencing skills;
    Knowledge of Power BI
    Result driven combined with the ability to achieve results through people;

    The role is also responsible for the overall checking of existing product as per defined customer service product s and service standards.
    Responsibilities

    Carry out user acceptance tests on all products & services including prsp’s before they are launched to determine optimal product positioning, creativity, offering to target audience and give feedback on enhancement or defect removal
    Continuous monitoring and health checks of all existing products and services and raise anomalies with stakeholders and follow up for closure; track identified issues
    Effective monitoring of corrective mechanics and solutions
    Document and track identified gaps as lessons for reference in future products & services development
    Gather customer feedback, acting as a point of contact for product and service issues arising from touch points
    Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders (IT, net, marketing product managers) etc., to ensure that feedback from the customers is captured and acted on and issues identified resolved to better and enhance customer experience with products and services
    Daily monitoring, tracking and reporting of issues; maintain dashboards as required

    Skills and Knowledge:

    Degree or diploma in Business Administration, marketing or equivalent fields

    Material Planner Area Sales Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    Create a feasible production plan within the DPS period that takes into consideration available capacity available labor available materials that respect the product family sequencing as determined by the Supply Planner and best optimizes the factory’s ability to produce the SKUs within the families.               
    Identification of practical issues concerning plant shutdowns, timing of promotion activity within the DPS period
    Identification of possible opportunities/issues for the factory within the DPS period
    Create an optimized replenishment plan for raw and packaging materials over an 18 month horizon that ensures supply of material to production whilst ensuring that the working capital targets for raw and packaging materials are met.
    Monitors supply signals through the use of MRP purchase requisitions ensuring delivery dates, lead times and required quantities are correct and finally creating purchase orders and ensuring their fulfillment by the supplier.
    Manages directly with the defined supplier the delivery of materials: this includes creating, sending, confirming, receiving, investigating errors and discrepancies on blocked or parked invoice lines and handling all exceptions / issues in those operations, including claims management.
    Define the stock policy and management approach to be applied to each SKU within their portfolio.                           
    Identification of practical issues concerning material supply and demand for raw and packaging materials.
    Ensures excellent supplier relationships.
    Involves their suppliers in Supply Chain improvement exercises that create shared value for both us and the suppliers.

    Qualifications

    Degree in Operational Management or its equivalent
    MUST be conversant with the SAP System.
    Minimum of 2 years of relevant operational experience at market / business level is useful, in the following areas:
    Detailed Production Scheduling
    Materials Handling
    MPS (Master Production Scheduling)
    DRP (Distribution Requirement Planning)
    MRP (Material Requirement Planning)
    Demand and Supply Planning best practices and process

    Job Description
    Sheer Logic Management Consultants is seeking to engage a dynamic individual for a Machine Technician for one of our clients
    Machine technician  ensure the  the various machinery used during preparation and manufacturing of the various products within the factory  are 100 percent available for operations. He or she should ensure the machines are in good working condition and repairs any defective machines which have either mechanical or electrical faults to ensure  100% efficient running of factory operations. He should  be reliable, hand on experience to actually fix faults/breakdown   within health and safety standards guidelines.
    Qualifications

    A Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical or Production Engineering
    At least two (2) years’ experience in a production setting in a manufacturing or production set up.
    Working technical knowledge on basic machine operations and maintenance is an added advantage.
    Practical experience in use of MS packages.

    Responsibilities

    Operate  machine equipment along with replenish of packaging materials as required.
    Observing or the health and safety rules of the machine operations.
    Trouble shooting all machine faults.
    Ensure smooth operations of machine during production thus zero down time.
    Devise measure to avoid down time. 
    Analyze the machine test results and make adjustment to meet the company’s specifications. 
    Report to the supervisors any major repairs.
    Responsible for operating production and packaging machine 
    Training new staff on how to run the machine.
    Identify and convey any malfunctions to concerned parties for remedy.
    Performing alignment of the headers of the different packing machines  to ensure the packaging and the operations of the machines is as per the set guidelines thus zero defects.
    Handle defective machine to minimize wastages and any abnormally machine operations.
    Ensure all duties are performed in line with health and safety standards. Safety first.
    Ensuring machine operations meet the set threshold  set by the company.
    Comply with established safety and security standards by wearing apt personal protective equipment for tasks as directed.
    Close on gaps which pose as  hazards with equipment the machine operators are using.
    Complete all documents related with equipment operation on daily basis to check on  machine efficiency.
    Assist development of training materials to improve quality, processes and lessen cycle time.
    Conducting periodic checks on output efficiency and raise concern to the line manager.
    Comply with plant/equipment scheduled maintenance.
    Participate in the actual change over process to ensure the product quality is upheld in the next shift.
    Prepare and submit reports to the Line Controller of downtime and the product quality index at the work station with the aim of driving enhanced performance.
    Minimize waste or down time  due to defective machine operations. 
    Perform any other duties  assigned from time to time.
