    Scope:
    The role works closely with ACM utilities and facilities, Site’s ACM’s, Contractors, HOD’s, Capex engineers, Head of engineering, Contractors, consultants, suppliers and Procurement Department.

    Site facilities maintenance.
    ISO 9001, HACCP, ISO 14001, ISO 22000 & OHSAS 18001 management systems maintenance as per scope of registration.
    Legal and other requirements compliance as applicable to buildings and facilities.

    Key Responsibilities 

    Ensure maintenance and operability/usability of all operations support facilities at all times.
    To manage and coordinate maintenance services to  site facilities.
    To manage and maintain drainage facilities.
    Coordinate facilities contractors and SLA.
    Manage and coordinate facilities statutory registers and compliance.
    Ensure calibration and planned maintenance operations are done in accordance with agreed procedures.

    The main focus of this position is to Supervise Production Materials Warehouse operations

The role will maintain high levels of diligence, strictly adhering to and enforcing given instructions and safety requirements. The job holder will have a keen eye for proper Material management required for production, proper offloading and loading planning, proper job allocation and manpower management to achieve the set production plan and great warehouse arrangement for maximum space utilization.
    Responsibilities:

    Control CKD/ Production Materials inventory in the Factory

    Timely request of assembly materials – CKDs & local parts
    Job allocation to Material supply  associates

    Receiving of CKD/ local parts, unboxing and confirm that they conform to the packing list/ invoice. If there are missing parts take the necessary countermeasure.
    Prepare Production Materials (CKDs) and supply to the Assembly(production) Line
    Prepare the loading and offloading schedule
    Arrange CKD and other materials in the material supply go-down for maximum space utilization and easy access during picking and supply to production line.
    Quickly report and come up with solutions to problems that can cause assembly disruption.
    Prepare, issue and maintain the Engine- and Frame-combination list for daily production
    Maintain the flow of work and the required documentation.
    Ensure that smooth flow of the assembly process is not disrupted by damaged or missing parts.
    Monitor the daily attendance.
    Training of the associates.
    Maintain the Material supply tools/ equipment inventory e.g. Hoist
    Control and disposal of the production unpackaging waste.
