    Position and Employment Classification
    You are considered an exempt employee and not subject to minimum wage or overtime regulations. You are expected to be in the field at least 50% of your working time, but 75% is ideal as the Company has found that significant time in the field relates to success in sales.
    Duties and Responsibilities
    Employee is expected to make every effort to optimize his/her sales performance and engage in activity on a daily basis that will facilitate this goal. Required duties are as follows:

    Activity Reporting Requirements
    Employee shall complete a Sales Activity Report each week by the end of the day on Friday and deliver it to the Sales Manager via email or in person. Sales Reports must be turned in no later than the fifth of the month for the previous month. Additionally, Employee will provide a monthly Travel and Expense Activity Report no later than the fifth of the month for the previous month. 
    Expected Sales Results
    Minimum and Acceptable Sales Targets are intended to describe what is the minimal expectation of the Company and should not be misconstrued as the ultimate goal of the Employee. Employee should seek to excel in his/her sales activity and push to attain the highest level of sales possible. However, Employee is not guaranteed employment by meeting any level of sales.

    Targets and Responsibilities:

    Prequalify users from various online sources and through telemarketing introduce them to PigiaMe and convert them to PigiaMe loyal users through account creations and follow‐up
    Maintain a clean database by analyzing user account and draft ad database. If necessary, follow up with user education guidelines on how to post a successful listing
    Category Management: Analyze supply and demand of specified categories via internal category KPI reporting and work with Sales/Marketing teams to steer towards a healthy supply and demand balance and respectively a high level of user engagement
    Daily and weekly reporting, allowing to understand and adequately manage user behavior and impact of marketing campaigns
    Ad hoc management tests and analysis

    Skills and Attributes:

    Ability to analyze data and deduct meaningful information
    Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swahili
    Telephone etiquette Internet native
    Strong and proven attention to detail
    Excellent Microsoft office skills particularly in excel
