    Analyze business performance numerically to show business performance by periods, budgets, and history.
    Ensure the shops attain financial growth year on year, month on month with increased customer numbers while paying close attention to average spending.
    Critically analyze the profit and loss statements for individual shops within the designated regions and give recommendations accordingly.
    Ensure on a regular basis that checks are done to ascertain that banking procedures are followed to the latter. Also, check on complex float and cash till float during shop visits.
    Ensure the daily report summaries in all shops are clean and signed by both the accountant and shop manager. The stock variances must be accounted for

    Ensure monthly management accounts are submitted in the approved format;

    Label sample bottles with printed labels-verify with online request.

    Collect sample or hand over labelled bottle to patient with instruction on method of collection.
    Submit sample to technologist section for testing under confirmation of receipt of sample.
    Monitor tests allocated on daily basis and follow up on samples not received by technologists.
    Be familiar with standards and guidelines for collection of samples.
    Ensure online test results match the test requested on the manual form.
    Report any tests that have been cancelled to cashier to ensure that the same is cancelled from the bill and inpatient tests have been cancelled from the bill by the lab manager.
    Ensure the phlebotomy area is clean and request for supplies and equipment needs on a timely basis.
    Ensure segregation and proper disposal of all waste in the phlebotomy area with reference to the hospital policy on waste management.

    Qualification and requirements:

    Certificate/Diploma in Phlebotomy.
    Ability to perform variety of routine blood drawing procedure.
    Ability to obtain quality and sufficient samples.
    Proficient in all phlebotomy techniques (Anatomy and physiology of the blood circulation system).
    At least 2-5 years working experience as a phlebotomist/phlebotomy field

    Taking rounds with specialist doctors for daycare clients for both dialysis and chemotherapy departments.
    Writing discharge summary, and referral notes for all dialysis patients.
    Keeping up-to-date with the latest medical treatments and medications relevant to general practice/primary healthcare.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from a recognized institution.
     Registration with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council.
    Valid Practice License.
    Basic life support and Advanced Cardiac life support certification.
    Proficiency in computer applications.
