    Job Summary

    You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse and inventory operations. This includes ensuring efficient stock control, handling distribution, maintaining optimal stock levels and ensuring timely and accurate order fullfillment. 

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Business Administration.
    Proven experience as a Stores/Warehouse manager or a similar role.
    Strong understanding of warehouse operations.
    Proefficiency in inventory software, warehouse management systems and MS Office.
    Excellent leadership, problem solving and organizational skills.
    Experience is a packaging industry will be an added advantage

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Controller in Nairobi County, Kenya. As a Quality Controller, you will be responsible for conducting quality control checks and inspections to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. You will also be responsible for implementing quality assurance measures, managing quality control processes, conducting training sessions for our staff, and auditing our quality management systems.

    Qualifications

    Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management
    Strong training and auditing skills
    Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
    Familiarity with FSSC standards and quality control guidelines
    Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
    Knowledge of the packaging industry or related field
    Diploma in a relevant field (preferably in Quality Control, Industrial Chemistry Analytical Chemistry or a related field)
    Fluency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc

    Compliance Officer

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as a Compliance Officer. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring our business operations, policies, and procedures comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will be responsible for conducting internal audits, identifying areas of improvement, providing solutions to maintain compliance, and communicating compliance requirements to internal teams.

    Responsibilities

    Ensure operations are compliant with local and national laws, contractual and shareholder obligations and best practices.
    Undertake legal and regulatory research and assess and evaluate the impact of changes in applicable legislation and international best practices.
    Coordinate a program of training and capacity-building activities for employees across, covering all key areas of compliance policy and practice.
    Support the development and implementation of relevant policies, processes, and procedures, and maintain an appropriate review cycle.
    Identify, understand, and escalate compliance risk events/issues in a timely manner and focus on fixing the root causes of the issues.
    Manage the compliance tools such as the compliance obligations register, compliance training calendar, compliance incident register, and compliance risk register.
    Create and maintain documentation that demonstrates evidence of legal and regulatory compliance.
    Support in regulatory compliance including the timely preparation and submission of regulatory filings such as annual returns or timely response to regulator circular.
    Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls to address regulatory obligations and minimize compliance risks.
    Review Company process/operational manuals and systems to ensure that are regularly updated to meet the set regulations, policies, and all other requirements such as mandates, escalations, controls, etc. are in place and aligned.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law or a related field
    Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
    Experience in the paper packaging industry is a plus
    Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills
    Analytical Skills, including experience conducting audits and analyzing data
    Finance skills, including understanding of financial regulations and financial statement analysis
    Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
