    Requirement for Appointment
    For Appointment to this Grade, the Applicant must have;

     Kenya Citizen,
     A relevant Bachelors Degree recognized in Kenya,
     A Masters Degree will be an added advantage,
     Be a Strategic Thinker and Result Oriented,
     Be a Member of the Professional Body in the Discipline,
     Proven Experience of at least ten (10) years of service from a reputable organization,
     Computer Literacy,
     Meets the Requirement of Chapter Six of the Constitution

    Duties and Responsibilities

     Oversee smooth running of the Public Work, Housing and Energy Division,
     Implementation of County Executive Committee Resolutions as guided by the Executive Committee Member,
     Formulate and Implement effective Divisional Plans in Line with Vision 2030, CIDP III and other Sectoral Goals,
     Proper Management and Supervision of Human Resources in the Division,
     Planning and Coordination of the Divisional Activities,
     Develop, Update and Implement all Divisional Policies and Procedures,
     Create Linkages and Collaboration with other Stakeholders in the Field,
     Ensure Compliance with the National Values and Principles of Good Governance as outlined in Articles 10 and 232 of the Constitution.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Provide leadership in the activities of the Board Members of the Authority;
    Source and execute investment opportunities in the county;
    Present strategic investment opportunities to potential investors;
    Mobilize resources for trade development and investment in the county;
    Facilitate promotion of trade development, implement and coordinate county investments;
    Advice the County Executive Committee Member for trade on policies, programmes and plans to be adopted in order to promote trade and investments in the county;
    Initiate, assist and aid expansion of existing economic or industrial ventures within the county;
    Undertake investment initiatives for the county with a business or social-economic purpose;
    Promote local economic growth and job creation;
    Promote activities that attract donor funding to boost economic and industrial growth within the county; and
    Carry out any other roles necessary to aid in promotion of trade development and investment in the county and perform such other functions that may be assigned by the County Executive Committee Member from time to time.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Be registered by Kenya Medical Laboratory Technician and Technologists Board.
    Have a valid practicing license issued by Kenya Medical Laboratory Technician and Technologists Board.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Receiving and scrutinizing laboratory requisition forms/specimens.
    Preparation for clients for specimen collection.
    Processing of the specimen.
    Preparation and submission of patient laboratory reports for clinical management.
    Carry out other routine laboratory procedures.
    Supervise junior Laboratory staff.

    Coordinate pharma-covigillance activities and ensure patient safety is guaranteed; and
    Any other related duties as may be assigned.

    Requirements

    Holder of Bachelor of Pharmacy degree;
    Valid practicing license and a letter of Good Standing from the Pharmacy and Poisons board;
    Successfully undertook one year of internship;
    A certificate in health commodity management is an added advantage; and
    Be computer literate.

    Must be a Kenya citizen;
