You will be responsible for providing KPI schedules for annual and quarterly updates, which feed into bonus payments.
    As a leader, you will guide a team of workforce analysts, developing a best-in-class support team across markets. You will conduct performance discussions, coaching, and mentoring sessions to help workforce analysts achieve their overall departmental objectives and key results. Moreover, you will act as the point of contact for all workforce escalations related to people, systems, or processes, engaging with the Global Workforce and Analytics Manager to resolve issues efficiently.

    About Us

Executing the test cases and recording test results meticulously, identifying, and documenting defects or inconsistencies.
    You would be conducting regression testing to ensure that new features or changes do not adversely affect existing functionality and participating in product validation activities to ensure that our products meet customer expectations and industry standards.

    Expertise

    Our expectation is that you are an ongoing student (Either in your 3rd, 4th or 5th year of studies) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field, with good communication and problem solving skills to analyze and resolve complex issues.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Senior Strategy and Operations Manager of M-KOPA Mobility as the line manager

    We’re looking for a blend of analytics, collections, team leadership and field operation experience.
    You will be based in Nairobi or be able to travel there frequently and you will be eligible for periodic bonuses.
     In this role, you’ll be expected to :

    Design and roll-out analytics dashboards to evaluate portfolio performance and drive actions, and set up automated alerting and data-driven prioritization processes to guide and measure team actions.
    Work closely with external stakeholders including police and other law enforcement or legal authorities, third party debt collection and recovery agencies, and boda boda associations.
    Clean, interpret, analyze data, and build models using various statistical techniques.
