    JOB PURPOSE
    The purpose of the job is to recruit, train, coach, and manage a team of Direct Sales Representatives (DSR) to meet sales targets of M-KOPA products. The role will involve detailed advanced planning to generate a local network to enable you to deliver current and future sales. The majority of the time will be coaching and working with DSRs in the field combined with strengthening local networks of customers while fostering team spirit amongst DSRs. You will also assist with the resolution of customer needs as they arise.

    JOB PURPOSE

    KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

Ultimately the role would evolve under an IT business partner lead to support critical processes within the production supply team.
    It is an on-site role in our local phone assembly manufacturing site in Nairobi, Kenya. You will be reporting to the IT System Manager.

    Key Job Functions

     Requirements

    Bachelors’ degree in any field with a bias in Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
    Conversance with intermediate knowledge of excel i.e. V-LOOK UP, Pivot tables, Formulas, SQL and Power Queries.
    Minimumof1-year professional experience in customer service and stakeholder management will be an added advantage.

    Key Job Functions

    Adhere to the set policy on loan recoveries and collections.
    Make recommendations to the Mobility Team, when appropriate, for stronger collection actions including repossession of security.
    Educate the customer on motorbike return policy, advising on money eligible for refund and if no money refundable advice on why that is so.
    Initiate the downgrade/cancellation process on M-KOPAnet to ensure that the cancelled and refund process is completed.
    Work closely with external agencies on debt collection and recoveries
    Reporting and analysis, send a summary analysis of collections/reclaims done daily
    Perform any other related function as assigned by the management from time to time.

    Ensure timely registration of all newly trained DSR. Help remove blockers and demotivating factors for DSR, creating an enabling environment for DSR support and performance.

    Work towards improved pass rates per cohort.
