    Key Responsiblilites

    Identify key stakeholders in the fresh produce industry/ private sector/ development partners – and develop a communication / engagement plan to establish and enhance the relationship between KwikBasket and industry players through the year.
    Utilize a range of techniques including paid search, Email marketing, Google analytics, SEO, SEM, PPC, social media and display advertising to increase reach and engagement. Monitor and track the progress (traffic and reach) of digital platforms using digital tools and analysis.
    Guide on monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns.
    Collaborate closely across teams to support on content creation and distribution of news, research reports, impact, and information pieces.
    Responsible for planning and budgeting of digital marketing budget.
    Generate leads for the sales team
    Manage communication with exciting and potential customers

    Basic Requirement

    University degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, or similar
    3+ years of direct, hands-on experience in developing and delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns, including content, with email as the core component
    Previous experience updating an employer’s marketing campaigns
    CRM Campaign management
    Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Suite/ Canva, Google Analytics, SEO tools.
    Ability to effectively communicate and relate with co-workers and customers.

    Accounts Administration

    Timely, accurate cash reconciliation and balanced reports of account payable and receivable accounts, Statutory statements and avoiding penalties as much as possible.
    Collection effective from the date of billing ensuring that no receivables are over 90 days i.e. scheduled weekly meeting on collections and ensure timely collection.
    Customer invoicing.
    Accurate and timely generation of financial reports i.e. Profit & Loss, Financial statement, Trial Balance and onward submission to SSC by 12th of every month.
    Support FMs in collection or invoice tracking from customers as delegated from time to time.

    Governance & Reporting

    Accurate and timely updating of applicable platform e.g., Uploading of vendor invoices in DMS on regular basis and co-ordinate with SSC; Keeping the track of all DMS up loadings in DMS; upload the bank statements on weekly basis in DMS and cash transactions update on ERPNext.
    Record management of supplier/customer invoices to ensure all Invoices issued are submitted to Customer, stamped by Customer and onward proper filling of the same.
    Ensure all the supporting Documents which must be booked in the System are booked, relevant authorization for payment is done before doing the payment and preparation of bank transfer.

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Store Management- Produce receiving, storage and dispatch of stock

    Responsible for end to end store management duties such as overseeing produce receiving, grading, storage, staging and dispatch.
    Coordinate process flow to ensure products are dispatched on time to meet on-line customer delivery promise.
    Coordinate the staging of stock in stores for easy accessibility by the packing team.
    Maintain high standards of hygiene and proper organization of the store at any given time.
    Direct, assign and supervise job duties for Team Members both in packing and stores in absence of the packing supervisor.
    Cooperating with other leaders in all areas to ensure successful and continuous operations
    Issuing and keeping records of staff uniforms and other working equipment and ensuring they are submitted back by the exiting staff.
    Complete all appropriate company documentation and key tasks, on every shift
    Minimum stock reviews, stock /consumption projections in liaison with the location head and sourcing manager.

    Tracking and Reporting
