    Responsibilities

    Present, promote and sell KONE products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
    Proactively develop and create customer relationships in their area of responsibility
    Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
    Growing KONE’s position in their customer base and market assigned area
    Ensure customer satisfaction and solve complaints with the rest of KONE team
    Document the customer and contact information and maintain customer data

    Responsibilities

    Perform or organize the execution of the business controlling tasks as defined in KONE FCM
    Analyze the organization’s business activities and advise management on financial matters and impacts of the business transactions and decisions.

    Ensure timely, quality and cost competitive supply to unit

    Responsible to update and maintain price lists in relevant systems and databases
    Accountable for processing all incoming and outgoing goods activities for Branch Proximity Stock, order related material deliveries or parcel deliveries
    Accountable to perform the Physical inventory of Branch Proximity Stocks, according to frontline and global regulations

    Responsibilities And Key Activities
