    Are you the one?

    3 + years of professional experience;
    Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or similar;

    Customer centric conducting the first collection calls towards customers in a structured way with the use of SAP;
    The ability to initiating the dispute management workflow by dispatching the recorded disputes to the other business responsible in the organization for resolution;
    Experienced in coordinating the dispute resolution process to ensure that the dispute resolution happens in the right place in the organization;
    Experience on ERP tools and MS Office is a must, SAP experience would be advantageous;
    Highly motivated, goal oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service;
    A self-starter with the ability to interpret and analyze data to draw conclusions and identify patterns;
    Ability to work together as a team and promote a harmonious environment;
    Excellent English communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Knowledge of other African languages will be advantageous.

    Liaises with relevant site personnel to ascertain the state of lift. Ensures that the lift is electrically safe
    Commissions the lift in accordance with the agreed specification parameters
    Tests the lift in accordance with the relevant test document and KONE standard interpretation of EN81, Lift Directive and/or Design (Essential Health & Safety Requirements compliance)
    Records any abnormalities for corrective action or inclusion in Heath & Risk Assessment for the lift/site
    Carries out the final inspection and signs the Final inspection document
    Reports the condition of the lift to the Installation Supervisor who is responsible for all the site activities.
    Takes part in meetings and workgroups related to quality and technical issues
    Responsible for the lift well security (safe for other trades and public etc.) and safety of all persons involved in the installation activities during commissioning and testing of the lift (or escalator)

    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Field Support Engineer to be based in our Nairobi office.

    Reporting to the Regional Field Support Manager the successful candidate will provide technical support during the installation, commissioning and maintenance phases of KONE and/or non-KONE products. You will be an expert in KONE and Non- KONE products and solutions and provide timely advice to the KONE Front Lines and Supply Operations.

    S/he will be responsible for providing remote or on-site technical support for installation and maintenance issues, working closely with the team to ensure products are installed/maintained in compliance with KONE’s safety, process and quality requirements, without problems and on a timely basis.

    You will be accountable for piloting and implementing new products and solutions, train local employee during site visits and report performance of set KPI’s on monthly basis to the management. You need to be an individual with a proven track record of being a go-getter and understanding how to partner and collaborate with the business with a strong attention to detail.
