    Responsibilities: 

    Oversee the implementation of promotions from inception to actualization.
    Write, edit and proofread marketing material for different promotional channels. 
    Publish promotional messages on the relevant promotional channels on the Kilimall App/Website.
    Monitor and report on the performance of promotions and promotional messages.
    Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and prepare related reports. 
    Select and recommend products for promotion on the Kilimall platform. 
    Media monitoring; check and report on trending news and industry trends in the country. 
    Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

    Required Skills and Competencies: 

    Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or Business related courses. 
    Experience in copy writing, marketing and sales promotions is an added advantage.
    Takes initiative, has a strong sense of responsibility and can go the extra mile.
    Excellent communication skills and a problem solver.
    Ability to prioritise and handle several different tasks at once. 
    Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. 
    Positive, enthusiastic, and a team player.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Create overall layout and design for print and electronic media in adherence to brand guidelines.
    Conceptualize, design and creatively package commercials, marketing promos, adverts and editorial products.
    Design and produce materials – both digital and print including signage, brochures, webpages, posters, wallpapers, displays advertisements and more.
    Provide creative concepts as well as make sound recommendations to improve corporate branding using graphics. 5. Execute and manage production of communications and translate project concepts into digital
    media output.
    Ensure graphic solutions are optimized for integration, performance, usability and sustainability.
    Test graphics across various media, amend designs after feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

    Required Skills and Competencies:

    Excellent Video Editing skills will be an added advantage.
    Degree or equivalent in one or more of the following areas: Graphics Design Media Arts, Animation, Video Production or related field.
    Minimum of one year’s experience in design production.
    Proficient in graphic design tools, specifically Adobe CS (such as In Design, Illustrator, Photo- shop) and other design software.
    Knowledge of CSS, HTML, hands-on experience of content management systems. Skills inHTML5, XHTML/CSS, PHP and JavaScript will be an added advantage.
    Ability to keep current with emerging design trends and technologies.

    Responsibilities
    As a Store Operations Assistant, your role will entail:
    1. Drop Shipping (DS) Order Fulfillment

    Sharing Daily LPOS to deliver the DS orders within the course of the day.
    Received Drop Shipping orders from the inbound team and processed them immediately.
    Printed LPOs for Processing the received DS orders.
    Made sure delayed orders are delivered by sellers at DS hubs.
    Updated pending orders for Delayed orders and after-sale issues on Qingflow system.

    2. Customer Support / Aftersale Queries

    Replying customer messages in SOP stores.
    Assisting offshore team on after-sale applications.
    Calling out clients concerning their after- sale application to know the condition of the item so as to decide whether it can be exchange, return, refund or it should be repaired.
    Follow up with service centers to prepare the items as quick as possible.
    Notifying sellers concerning their after-sale applications.

    3. Vendor Support.

    Prepared vendor payment and submitted for approval on time.
    Retrieved POP and Sales report and shared with sellers.
    Price negotiations with sellers for preparation for platform campaigns.
    Sending stock updates to offshore members.

    Diploma in Procurement/ Customer Service, Supply Chain Management or any other related field.
    Proficiency in office soft-wares, including excel, word, PPT.
