    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Ensures the implementation and maintenance of the company’s Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 22301)
    Makes suggestions with regards to the procedures and standards to enhance efficiency at work and improve product/service quality.
    Collects and analyzes data to demonstrate the effectiveness of the IMS
    Generates Reports and submits them to the Direct Supervisor and Group QHSE on the performance of the IMS and suggest improvement when needed.
    Evaluates the characteristics and trends of processes to include it in the risk assessment and makes sure it is communicated, updated, and applied by all the departments.
    Evaluates the improvements of the operation in terms of QHSE.
    Organizes safety trainings and safety games.
    Performs site audit and inspection.
    Promotes IMS Programs and awareness within the organization.
    Monitors the implementation of the company’s IMS policy.
    Provides regular safety tips for employees (EHS Alerts, Observations, etc.)
    Conducts incidents/accidents investigations.
    Works closely with the Group QHSE Representatives and makes sure all procedures are properly communicated, understood, and implemented.
    Conducts the internal audits according to the approved audit plan…
    Ensures the Management Reviews are planned as per the Management Review procedure.
    Attends Premises Committee meetings with client and QHSE Representatives to report on IMS issues.
    Supervises safety activities and initiatives.
    Ensures Compliance with Legal, Client, Standard and other requirements.
    Ensures the application of Environmental Procedures.
    Ensures the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are being filled on time and corrective actions are implemented where needed.
    Improves employee environmental awareness.
    Assist the Group and Local QHSE Representatives in developing and maintaining the QHSE procedures and work methodologies.
    Coordinates the activities of the various sections (procedures development, updates, etc.).
    Compiles and maintains reports and records for the QHSE. 25. Assists in the external audit as requested by the Group QHSE Representative.
    Investigates and adjusts problems within area of responsibility when needed.
    Prepares and revises regularly the safety instructions, guidelines, procedures, work methodologies and policies.
    Assists the Group and Local QHSE Representatives in conducting and coordinating safety training programs as necessary to ensure employees follow the IMS standards. i engineering Group 29. Conducts in coordination with the QHSE Representatives regular inspections to assess environmental and health & safety plan adherence as well as identify potential hazards and risks and ensures safe work practices are being followed.
    Assists the Group and Local QHSE Representatives in making recommendations for correction of unsafe work conditions or practices.
    Communicates and documents corrective actions.
    Assists the Local QHSE Manager in the admin work.
    Visits i engineering’s sites for inspection, investigation, audit and maintenance of the IMS as instructed by the Group QHSE Representative or Country Head.
    Ensures proper segregation of waste in the office and on sites.

    QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

    3-5 years of relative work experience.
    Ability and willingness to travel overseas up to 80% of the time.
    An aptitude for exercising independent thinking and reasoning.
    Ability to communicate in written and oral formats with diplomacy and tact.
    Excellent presentation and communication skills.

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Engineering.
    Lead Auditor in OHSMS at least 1 of the following management Systems: QMS, EMS, BCMS.
    Holder of a professional certificate (Preferably: NEBOSH).

    Monitors the budget implementation and ensures there is no deviation from the budget
    Reviews the budget monthly and prepares a full-year forecast along with the COO
    Reviews activity reports and financial statements before they are sent to Group Finance
    Develops strategic planning; promotes revenue, profitability and growth
    Oversees and controls the utilization of all resources
    Ensures efficiency and quality of service as well as cost-effective management of resources
    Builds and maintains strong relationships with all his/her clients
    Promotes teamwork and local involvement by adhering to the company’s culture and values
    In coordination with his/her direct supervisor (COO or Co-CEO) and the BUs Heads: Communicates regularly on the operation’s performance and the relationship with the client. Negotiates tenders and contracts
    In coordination with the CSO: Prospects business opportunities and develops new business relationships with new clients
    In coordination with the Group Finance: Reviews the monthly financial report, provides details on each caption of the statement and formulates optimization plans
    In coordination with the Group HR: Evaluates talents’ potential and provides input for performance evaluation, career development and succession planning. Prepares the staff cost’s projection to be included in the budget of the operation
    In coordination with the Group QHSE: Suggests and assists with the development of new procedures and ensures the implementation and maintenance of management systems (quality, occupational health and safety, environmental, etc.)
    Represents the company at legislative sessions, committee meetings and formal functions
    Ensures safety and environmental protection in all aspects of the work

    OH&S/QMS Role and Responsibilities
    Ensures that all projects activities adhere to all EH&S and QMS standards
    Qualifications Requirements

    A minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar field
    Excellent presentation & people’s skills
    Leadership skills
    Ability to work under pressure
    Negotiation skills

    Education Requirements

    BSc. in Civil/Electrical/Telecom Engineering or Bachelor of Business Administration
    Master’s or MBA is a plus
