    Key Responsibilities

    The person will be responsible to get quotes from the suppliers, negotiate with the supplier to get the best rates, finalize the best quotation and present it to the director for approval.
    Follow up with the supplier for the scheduling of the shipment and get the copied document of the same and then forward the copied documents to the clearing agent.
    Coordinate with the finance department for the payments to the suppliers.
    Follow up with the supplier for the Telex release of the shipment.
    Managing the inventory with regular checking of physical stocks of Glass and Aluminum on daily basis.
    Suggesting the directors to re-order materials as per the current stock and plan accordingly before the stock lasts.
    Preparing the forecast statement for the order arrivals, payment processing, and new orders on weekly basis and presenting it to the Directors and CFO.

    Skills & Qualifications

    The preferable candidate must be having a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.
    Min 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
    The candidate must have prior knowledge of Import procedures.
    The candidate must have prior experience in Inventory Management.
    The preferable candidate must have prior experience working on an ERP system.

    End-to-End Q’ number management
    Escalation tracker updating on daily basis, follow up for closure & circulation of tracker with all stakeholders.
    PM calls logging & management.
    HD reports, analytics and process flow for service delivery.
    Fall-Back for others in Help Desk on need base.

    Working complexity.

    Maintain a comprehensive and up to date knowledge of all solutions offered in Office Automation

    Key Qualifications.

    Keep the board informed about business activities, potential threats, opportunities, and recommended actions.
    Responsible for the development and launch of new products and assist the team in conducting periodic reviews and analyses of new products. 
    Take charge of and work towards the achievement of the Company’s financial and operating goals and objectives. 
    Champion the annual planning/budgeting process and closely monitor budgets
    Ensure adherence to the annual budget and build an organizational culture based on performance by communicating rewards and consequences.
    Ensure effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory laws and rules governing financial institutions. 

    Qualifications 

    A strong business driver, with a Degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance, or other relevant fields.
    7 – 10 years experience in the Finance/Lending sector, 4 of which should have been in senior management or executive role.
    Specialized training in SME lending or micro-credit is an advantage.
    Thorough knowledge and experience of the lending regulatory framework
    Proven leadership and business growth abilities.
    Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
    A strong business understanding and an appreciation of financials.
