    Key Responsibilities:

    Marketing company products and services to achieve business and sales growth

    Key Qualifications.

    Bachelor’s Degree in sales & marketing or a related field
    4-5 years’ relevant Corporate Sales & Business Development experience in promotional giveaways and merchandise in Nairobi region.
    Consistent & proven track record in new business development, client acquisition and retention.
    Go getter with excellent client networking skills and impeccable knack to generate sales and business inquiries

    Role & Responsibilities

    Ensure adequate procurement processes are in place.
    Drive and ensure on time implementation of Finance IT solutions by leading a technical team and improving the exchange between Finance an IT departments.
    Lead and develop the Finance Team.

    Key Requirements 

    Master in Management / Finance Degree.
    8 -12 years of experience in Financial Management / Financial Controlling / Audit / Business Analysis & Development.
    Knowledge of SAP is required.
    Strong experience in the role in particular in international environment and logistic and preferably with branches located abroad.
    Knowledge of Navision is a plus.
    Experience in Financial Statement (IFRS).
    Previous experience in team management.
    Knowledge in accounting, IFRS required.
    Detail-oriented Manager and has strong leading abilities and a quantitative background.

    Mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”), joint venture and private equity transactions. Ability to administer and execute instructions, from receipt to conclusion, with minimal professional supervision.
    Strong organizational skills, meticulousness, and high attention to detail.
     Ability to prioritize and coordinate work to meet deadlines in a highly pressurized environment. 
    Be a team player, who takes his/her clients and work seriously. 
    Be able to engage with often difficult and demanding clients who will interrogate your reasoning and require you to justify your legal arguments and commercial input.
