    Responsibilities

    Give technical support for products to increase sales.
    Conduct meetings with engineers and architects, masons, contractors, and painters for awareness of the products so as to improve sales and achieve target.

    Qualifications

    Bachelors in Engineering/Bachelor of Technology or equivalent
    Minimum of 3 Years’ experience mostly in technical sales
    Must possess a valid Driving Licence

    Qualifications

    Minimum ten (10) years relevant work experience with at least three (3) years in supervisory capacity;
    Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized institution;
    Postgraduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law;
    Master’s degree in Law or other relevant Social Science from a recognized University;
    Admission to the Roll as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya;
    Certified Public Secretary, Kenya (CPSK) or its equivalent;
    Membership of the Law Society of Kenya and Institute of Certified Secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK);
    Valid Practicing Certificates.
    Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks;
    Proficiency in computer applications;

    Responsibilities
    Our client seeks to recruit a SITE MANAGER who will be responsible for the following in addition to building a positive, committed team:

    Managing day-to-day operations related to the FTTH project.
    Coordinating accurate, up-to-date reporting of project status, scheduling, and planning, managing project timelines and monitoring critical dates that impact the Rollout.
    Managing the schedule of Site Acquisition deliverables.

    When required, perform site hunting based on the technical parameters provided such as nominal points, search ring radius and tower heights; perform, take photos, and record all basic technical parameters as required, including access road.
    Search for the legal property owner and negotiate within the approved leased cap or rates.
