    We are looking for reliable Brand and Partnership Manager whose main role is to develop and implement brand strategies and activities which will assist in the successful achievement of the company’s commercial and brand building goal
    Salary: 210,000
    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Leads cross-functional teams (commercial & operational) by providing vision and direction to ensure the effective delivery of agreed brand activities and programs.
    Identify key high-level targets; responsible for implementation of our marketing strategies to drive revenue support for event
    Develops deep expertise of the market place, retail dynamics, consumer and shopper behaviour.
    Drives consistent flawless execution of brand activation plans by ensuring effective implementation of brand strategies and action plans.
    Acts as a contact for the local media agency.
    Partners with the Digital Manager to execute consumer engagement digital activities.
    Partners closely with Commercial, Marketing and Sales team to drive sales, revenue and market share.
    Monitors business results and measure the effectiveness of plans and initiatives, taking corrective actions if necessary
    Works with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement brand collateral for our campaigns at during the year.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related discipline;
    4+ years of Brand Management experience within an FMCG organization is essential

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Processing Employee hours and submitting to payroll services
    Responsible for ensuring company policies and procedures are carried out efficiently
    Handling billing/ invoicing, following up on accounts receivable and generating P&L and other accounting reports
    Handling customer service inquiries and complaints
    Processing vendor bills and providing accounts payable reports & checks
    Reconciling bank accounts in accounting software and providing detailed financial reports monthly
    Managing employees and handling Human Resource Issues

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in business Administration wit formal training in training
    Related Minimum of 3 to 5 Years’ experience in the office management position
    Should have experience with warehouse management software
    Experience with QuickBooks

    Establishes performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
    Measures and reports performance of brand in all marketing campaigns
    Monitors market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
    Identifies opportunities and key brand issues
    Oversees brand marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
    Monitors product distribution and consumer reactions
    Develops new and innovative growth strategies

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related discipline;
    4+ years of Brand Management experience preferably in a FMCG Industry (beverages can be an advantage)
