    Procurement Intern Technical Coordinator

    Evaluation of the requirement of the user departments in terms of goods and services to determine purchase or alternative way of satisfying the need.
    Sourcing for suppliers to meet the supply of requested company needs by inspecting them if they meet legal and quality requirement as per procurement policy requirement
    Negotiating with the selected suppliers to obtain competitive prices of acquiring quality goods and services
    Evaluation of quotation and selection of the supplier who will supply the good/s or service/s
    Awarding contract by raising of requisition and local purchase orders for supply of the specified good/s or service/s
    Coordinating to ensure that the supplier fulfils his supply obligation as per the contract terms and conditions
    Receive and inspect with the user all good/s & service/s being delivered to the Company and ensure they meet the requisition specifications
    Facilitation of proper documentation for payment of supplier by finance department
    Manage the distribution of items from stores and maintain the approved stock levels for control purposes
    Establish and maintain database of vendors for goods and services required by the company and any records pertaining to procurement and stores for inventory controls
    Conduct market research to keep abreast of procurement market developments

    ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    Higher Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies
    Membership in CIPS and KISM

    Sales Executives Marketing Officer System Administrator

    Reporting To Sales Manager
    The Sales Executive Officers will be responsible in delivering a broad range of Company products and Services to Clients in order to increase the Company’s profit and growth.
    Main Duties and Responsibilities

    Planning Sales activities and Customer / Prospect contract
    Preparing reports, Proposals, and Quotations
    Conducting surveys
    Ensuring Sales targets are met month on month
    Conducting presentations to the Clients
    Identity Business opportunities, Carry out market research/intelligence and analyze sales options in the Industry
    Follow up on potential Clients and closure of sales
    Represent the Company at trade exhibitions, events, and sales activations
    Maintain relationships with Clients for business opportunities and retain new Clients.
    Submitting weekly and monthly sales reports on the set KPI’s

    Key Skills and Minimum Qualifications

    Minimum of Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a business related field
    At least 3 years’ experience in Sales and marketing in a busy security Company
    Excellent Skills in Communication, Presentation, business reporting and competitive proposal writing and negotiations.
