    Duties and Responsibilities

    Efficient utilization of funds and other Public resources placed at their disposal as they shall be the authorized officers in respect of exercise of delegated powers; and 
    Giving effect to lawful directives of County Executive Committee Members and keeping them informed of all important activities and events;

    Formulation and implementation of effective programs to attain vision 2030 and sector goals.

    Requirements for Appointment
    Be a Kenyan citizen.

    Qualifications and Evaluations
    EXPERIENCE:  

    A minimum of four years of progressively responsible experience in a media outlet, think tank, university, NGO, international organization, foreign embassy, government office or corporation is required, with responsibility for public relations, public affairs, journalism, communications, marketing, managing public relations, outreach events, press conferences, and other media interactions as significant parts of the job.

    JOB KNOWLEDGE:

    For appointment at this position, a candidate must have: –
