    Data Analysis and Reporting – where applicable, provide data analysis and reporting, working in partnership with the Head of HR and the Regional HR Managers.
    Report on project progress and status.
    Plan, coordinate and execute projects across the organisation including tracking and reporting on status , risks , issues and dependencies.
    Ensure consistency in HR practices across all hubs especially in relation to salary and benefits, recruitment & induction, completion and termination of contracts and bring them in line with our values and fairness principles.
    Develop a recruitment process appropriate for the engagement of consultants involved in commercial contracting.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Implement the Sales and Marketing strategy for the company as outlined in the company’s five-year business plan.
    New Business development; Prospect for new clients/customers and turn this into increased business. Cold call as appropriate within the market or geographical area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities, plan approaches and pitches.
    Improve product marketability and profitability of the company by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.

    Desired Experience & Qualification

    A holder of a business-related University Degree.
    At least 10 years’ experience in an FMCG environment
    Should possess excellent planning, negotiating, and organizing skills
    Ability to grasp complex concepts related to bakery production.
    Proven experience selling bakery products will be an added advantage.
    Excellent management skills and interpersonal communication
    Should have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    What you will do

    The Sales Development Manager is a key role reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager – Africa. You will be responsible for expanding the sales network for our DX (Direct Expansion) business across Africa for both the York and the Hitachi brands. This position will be based in Kenya.     How you will do it
